We are Vistana vacation club owners and this was our first time staying at this property. We were pleased to find the property was incredible, rooms were beautiful and staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We stayed in a double lock-off in one of the newly renovated buildings and they spared no expense. They don't have cheap hotel furniture- it's heavy, beautiful, modern high quality furniture. I was very impressed. The rooms were large and had everything we needed, including full size refrigerators in each unit. The property grounds were impeccable. I saw people cleaning all over the property every time we came and went. The lobby smelled and looked glorious - Christmas tree was already up and beautiful. We visited 2 pools - the one with the pirate ship geared more for kids and the main pool behind the welcome center. I love that they had funactivities for the kids at both pools. We didn't eat at either pool but saw people's food and it looked delicious. They have a large convenience store on site that has a Starbucks and lots of healthy alternative snacks which we were pleased to find. They are also conveniently located near Publix grocery store (less than half a mile away). We came for a WDW trip and we're also very excited to find that it was no more than a 12 minute drive to any one of the 4 WDW parks which was AWESOME. Couldn't believe how great the location was for that! All in all it was a fabulous stay, this property is run and feels like a 5 star resort and our kids said it was their favorite "hotel" so far. We loved it so much we took them up on their departing offer of a 3-night stay for $99 (yes its a timeshare presentation but worth it to stay at the property again!). We can't wait to go back and already planning!

The one and only thing I wasn't happy with was that their checkout time is 10am. That's really early when most hotels/resorts are at least 11am. On top of that I requested a late checkout and was promptly told no they're not offering that. I understand how room turnover works however I also know that 1 hour more would have been a huge help for us. She didn't even check to see if my room was needed, just a flat out "no", so that was disappointing.

Beautiful resort and not a bad building on the property. Easy walk to both pools, lots of room in the condos, and great amenities. The kids are 4&7 and loved swimming under the big waterfall at the main pool and the waterslide at the smaller pool. Plus, the resort offers a variety of daily activities, two playgrounds, and the main pool has airbrush tattoos and hair braiding that they loved. It was also a very easy and close drive to Disney and right next door to SeaWorld and Aquatica.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic. If I had one wish it would be for more vegetarian options at the restaurant, but they did have some healthy options that I appreciated!

The property is well kept with nice amenities. The pool and work out areas were clean.

Our only problem was our Lanai was cut with a razor blade so someone could enter one night. I went to management and they offered to repair it but did not seem overly concerned. I told the manager that I was nervous about the fact that someone tried to enter our room. He offered to have security come by. I asked if this happened often but he said no but on the other hand he was not very surprised. I lost a night of sleep and thought more of a compensation was in order.

the facilities here are amazing! 3 swimming pools which are great for all ages. Large and modern fitness rooms, tennis and basketball courts and they even run daily events such as poolside bingo and activities for children if you are spending time here. The resort itself is beautiful with designated walkways around the whole resort which makes it accessible. There are BBQs located throughout the resort so it’s excellent if you want to grill, unfortunately we didn’t get to make use of them during our stay but would definitely come more prepared when staying again. The rooms are spacious with a well equipped kitchen and even have a washer and dryer in the room! This was our second time staying at the resort and it was just as good as we remembered! we can’t wait to stay again!

the resort is very large so depending on the building you are staying in it can be quite far to get to the pools or the marketplace.

Had a late meal in restaurant and purchased some necessary products from on reort shop. Prices for meal ok. but shop expensive. For example a bottle of Josh Chardonnay in resort $29 and local supermarket $11

Amazing value for the area great location and proximity to parks esp sea world! The staff is so friendly all the time and very helpful. I stay here when I come for a quick wind getaway so fun fun kids relaxing for adults. The market omg the market is great!! Has everything and anything love it!

My room had a very musty mildewy smell I was disappointed in that since my last stay was absolutely amazing. It was a bit outdated as well but that didn’t bother me as much as the smell.

Room was great (1 bed suite) had full kitchen large bathroom , jacuzzi to in lounge and bedroom, balcony, nice quiet pool where we stayed all the time

Didn’t get the block we would have liked,initially tried to put us in key west area, don’t like it there plus their pool was out of action, tried to get block 4 , but ended up in block9, view of trees.

cleaning from housekeeping wasn’t up to mark and most importantly it’s a shame and sad that cleaning is Provided only if we stay for a minimum of 8 nights. though our request for room cleaning was still accepted, which was kind,though our booking was for 6 nights. Frasiya or Friya (apologies as I don’t remember the exact name) the duty manager was very kind to accept the late checkout request. lastly too much push to get enrolled for a 45mins session to buy a ownership status despite we rejected we still rcvd multiple calls at our room while we were asleep, this was quite unpleasant.

The property was beautiful. We usually go the Fountains and we decide to check Sheraton Vistana.

I book a studio suite for my husband & I when I got to the property they didn’t have what I booked a month ago they gave me a bigger room but for disabled people wasn’t too happy & in the first floor with all the noise not what I booked that’s why you make your reservation ahead of time & the lady that took care of us making the reservation wasn’t too friendly neither. Another thing I went out for dinner & when we came back the toilet was full of bubbles don’t have no idea how that happen while we were gone.

The apartment/room size was ok, the apartment had washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and a sofa bed in the living room. The resort is big with a nice schedule of daily activities arranged by the resort for the whole family such as movie nights by the pool, sports competitions, ..etc. The resort has at least 3 main pools which were very nice and suitable for kids of all ages, in addition to playgrounds. Our kids enjoyed it very much. The location is super, everything is within 15-20 mins drive starting from Orlando's main theme parks (Disney, universal studios, Seaworld, .. etc.) to restaurants and shopping destinations (outlet malls). The housekeeping team was very nice and smiling the entire time.

The description could be more accurate as they are apartments not villas. Housekeeping service is provided upon request only, as is fresh towels, linens .. etc. Upon check-in were not aware that individual units are owned by individuals, we were told that owners are additional privileges such as priority booking and late check out. Our booked unit was not ready upon our arrival at 4PM check in time (which is by itself not quite an early check-in time considering check-out is at 10AM), we were told to wait until unit was made ready without a commitment of expected wait time given, upon multiple requests they agreed to switch us to a different ready unit. Upon arrival to the apartment floor carpets didn't feel clean and living room tables were sticky.
