To start, this resort is amazing! My family and I loved how modern the room looked, the comfortability, and how well equipped it was with supplies (Tupperware, dishwasher, wine glasses, garbage can, etc). The master bedroom had a great view of the lake and each room had its own bathroom equipped with towels, rags, & the usual soap & lotion toiletries. On the property, there are 2 pools, which was convenient considering the main pool gets pretty crowded. Although small, our kid loved the game room and my fiancé and I got a good workout in at the gym. The front desk staff was super polite and helpful (her name starts with a G & she worked the night shift when we arrived). We also loved how close the property is to SeaWorld let alone any store in general such as Walgreens, restaurants, and Disney World. It’s worth the money and we’ll definitely be staying here again!

1. The beds do not come with fitted sheets so whenever it pulled up, we could literally see the mattress and how old/dirty it was. 2. Our spare bathroom’s toilet was clogged upon arrival and whoever was there previously, their bowel movement came back up. No one helped us fix this. 3. The game room: you have to buy tokens to play. $5 for 20 tokens I believe (no biggie) but for the amount you pay at the property, this would be a nice free inclusion. 4. Breakfast is not included (this is a nice touch to every hotel/resort) 5. It was hard to find the entrance. Took us 15 minutes and a phone call to the property to learn that the FIRST entrance upon arrival is the Bluegreen hotel (there’s no directions outside) and you have to go back out and around the corner to get to Floridays.

The location is great and amenities were nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke the first night and we had to ask them to clean it up again. It doesn’t look like housekeeping cleaned the space before we checked in since there was rotting food in the oven left behind by a previous guest. Room service was not that great and I don’t see us coming back to this resort.

It was really clean and comfortable. i loved having multiple rooms and it worked out nicely for our group, gave us plenty of room to get ready for our festival! it was also suuuper close to the outlets which was amazing. right off of international drive, also amazing bc it is close to everything. the staff were super friendly! it had a small cafe in there with starbucks too! definitely my favorite hotel ive stayed at in orlando so far!! we will be coming back next year!

the parking situation over the weekend was a little rough and hard to find…first night we had to park in the front and walk to the back of the complex to get back to our room.

Several items were missing from the room's kitchen. No dish rags, or dish towels. baking pans, etc. We were concerned we might be charged for any missing items.

The location was great. We were no more than 20 minutes from any given park. 10 minutes from seaworld, which was the closest. The pool and amenities were an absolute plus for the days we didn't have a park visit planned. The staff was very attentive to our requests and needs.

We did have to have our floor mopped the day arrived, and for some reason, it wasn't enough. I'm not sure if it's the type of flooring or what, but we had a crawling baby, and her knees and tops of her feet were always black. We had to try and minimize the amount of time she spent on the floor. I even mopped the floor, and we still had the same issue. The bed in the master bedroom could use an update it was not as comfortable as the full-size beds in the second room.

we have stayed twice. the first time the microwave didn't work and the patio door wouldn't open. second time there was no hot water the second night

We enjoyed the layout of the condo. The location was great. Staff was very accommodating. Osiris, Angel and MaryLou (?) provided excellent customer service. Food was just ok, from the grill, but it was nice to have for a quick snack.

floors in our unit were not very clean.. the unit was not as well stocked as previous reviews. it appears they have scaled back on kitchen items. No colander, tuberware and a few other items I’ve seen in previous reviews.

It was close to everything

people bringing their dogs to the resort. Dogs were barking early morning breaking out sleep or they barked late at night breaking our sleep.

The size of the room was good. The front desk (David) was very nice. The towels were soft, we had a washer and dryer combo loved that. The room service was good. The pool area was big and close to the bar with plenty of seating.

I didn't like how far we were put back away from the pool and bar area no easy paths to walk there. No assigned parking so if u didn't get there earlier in the night you literally had to park two buildings away from where you were staying. No lighting at 630 am when leaving was very dark walking out to vehicles. No activities for kids or family that we knew of.. oh and when you pulled to the resort was so lit up and beautiful but as you left to go down to other buildings dark and no lights . So please change this as all guest should feel the same kind of Christmas lighting throughout the whole facility.not just up front!!!!.

Pools were great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Located only 10 min from shopping outlets and Theme parks. However...see cons please

Cons:. Lighting at Resort Doorway could be better. Need a list of Amenities and nearby restaurants, better blankets (has management slept on these beds?). When we arrived we found a screen was ripped on the veranda, a bed sham was ripped, a tub drain needed fixing, and hand soap dispenser was empty. Where's my security deposit refund? I would stay again because it was clean.
