the rooms were huge and so clean with all the things you need for a family (laundry IN the room , big fridge, etc)

they tell you to pick up your parking pass at the concierge but it’s really a ploy to get you to go to a 2 hour time share chat. not what I wanted to do after 8 hours of travel. I understand it’s their job but it was an aggressive hustle. I was sweating and tired and asked nicely to decline. the worst was that they called me and my elderly mother at 8 am to wake us up for this chat, it’s vacation and we wanted to sleep 🙁

LOCATION: The location was great! Literally 15 minutes from Disney parks and Disney Springs. About a 20 minute drive from Orlando International (MCO). Plenty of food spots, shopping and things to do within a 10-15 minute drive. FACILITY: Overall the property was very well maintained. The pools, hot tubs, and lounge areas were clean and comfortable. The arcade had a good assortment of games and activities. We did not eat on site, however did visit the Starbucks/cafe daily. We did not utilize the spa or wine bar, however we would like to next time. Parking was convenient, although congested at times depending on the time of day. The staff were friendly and helpful. ROOM: We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. Would definitely book here again. The space was great for a family of 6-8. The thermostat was not operational when we checked into the room, but maintenance team was very prompt and responsive. Overall, very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. Beautiful grounds with a great large swimming pool equipped with children’s splash pads, splash slide, and from what I saw a few hot tubs. We had a great room which overlooked the pool and it was so nice to sit in the screen enclosed balcony and just watch the pool. The site also has an outdoor electric fire pit and they run all kinds of different activities at different times of the day. Very well located with everything pretty much with a 15 mile distance. The premium outlet is about 5 min away. Other shopping like Walgreens is down the street.parking is plentiful and it’s nice to see the guard at the gate everyday. We were only asked at check in about attending the time share seminar which we declined and were never bothered with again.. All in all this place was great and I would definitely go back !

Everything was great

This resort is heaven sent! It's perfect. The rooms are clean and well equipped, perfect for a family that wants to cook or have a home-like environment. The staff is so sweet and the amenities are simply amazing. From the salt water pools to the arcade, I felt like we were at an all-inclusive on an island.

The water slide weren't working but that was fine.

Room and location and burger at Poolside Grille was good.

Internet WiFi never worked for me from my room even after calling to front desk who said it should be but didn't give any assistance on getting it working for me. Also, they have TV's in rooms that can act as Access Point, they should activate those.

This was our 4th time staying at Blue Fountains and it did not disappoint. They accommodated a couple of requests and the rooms are spacious for families! We LOVE their pools and Starbucks on site. Walking distance to Publix, Walgreens and other eateries. They brought us fresh clean towels upon request and the suites have everything you need for cooking meals.

For room price, I expect housekeeping! It's only available for an 8 day stay. Not cool.

Location was great for the purpose of our visit to Orlando. Space in our 2 bedroom/2 bath was very comfortable.

HVAC system needs to be checked. We would have to turn AC down to 68/69 for it to come on even though the thermostat showed temperature was 76 in the unit. Then it would be freezing after a period of time. Possibly needs a new thermostat!

It was a beautiful big property. It was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was super nice, hotel was clean, view was nice. Everything was stocked perfectly. The pool was nice (Wahoola Springs).

No dislikes. Everything was great. One of the elevators stopped working in Building 6 but it was a great stay.

Location was excellent, facilities and amenities superb!

Early check-in could not be accomodated. This was my second stay with Bluegreen Resort. After being told via telephone that an early check-in was possible, I was disappointed when I arrived and was told that it could not happen.

Security is a big one for me 👍Nice pool areas Great employees and Close to Disney Parks!

First apartment in the 8 building was very dusty with a bad smell. I demanded to be moved. 2 building was much better I was happy everything was a 9. Renovation is needed
