Arya Blu Inn and Suites

The room was spacious. The shower was excellent.

The neighbors were loud and kept hitting the wall. Apparently there's some sort of maintenance room connected to the room I was in with the main pipes running through it because every time a toilet flushed in the building I could hear the water rushing through the pipes like it was right over me The kitchen area was dismal. The handle on the sink came off right in my hand when I tried to turn the water on. Also the woman working the front desk was quite snippy When I asked a question regarding my bill she got very defensive. The billing error was through my credit card company and not her fault. As I was trying to explain that to her she continually interrupted me to tell me I was wrong. I finally asked her to stop talking so I could let her know that it wasn't her fault.

All of our expectations were met. The room was a good size, the air conditioner worked good, the refrigerator was large enough for the food we brought. The microwave worked well. The beds were very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice. The pool area is nice and beach access is good. We are hoping the prices stay in the same range as we plan on returning. They ask for a $100.00 deposit when you arrive. It went back on my credit card the day we checked out....not a problem.

Some people may not like the breakfast selection as it is very limited. We bring our own food so we didn't care. There was coffee which was convenient. FYI: There is a Dunkin Dounts within walking distance.

The hotel has and is going thru a renovation so there are a few things that still need done. We had the oceanview room and it was awesome. Newly redone with amazing matresses and multiple of pillows to choose from for our taste. Only item we saw in the room was the bathroom door needed replaced. It appears a large dog scratched up the door panel. But the room was very nice and comfortable. We had a kitchenette that we used some of which was great. The office staff was very friendly whenever I stopped by for a question or to grab a cup of coffee for breakfast. The location on the beach was perfect. The pool was very nice and clean and large for a small hotel. Nice to come right off the beach to the pool. We will be back in the future to enjoy the quiet beach and wonderful hotel.

I wouldnt say there was anything I disliked at all. Once the hotel finishes with its renovation I hope they keep it affordable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful & the location is excellent! Beachfront and although the hotel is older, it has been renovated. It is obvious the owners care about cleanliness which is a huge plus & is within walking distance to DD (coffee).

The only downside is that parking is a little tough if you have a bigger vehicle, but the staff was very accommodating with helping me find a place to park late at night- so in the end it was a great experience.

The room was so much bigger that expected, such a great surprise! The pool was really nice, and the location was perfect for our family! The beach area was super clean and felt secure. Would definitely recommend.

Our room was partially renovated, just lacked anywhere to hang our clothes. The two closets were a nice size, but not racks. The towels were a little rough, especially after a day in the sun. Hotel renovations are coming along nicely, just not quite complete.

The location was excellent! Right at the beach. I wish we had more time than just one night. We had a lovely balcony with an ocean view, which was lovely. The room was big, spacious and clean! Finally a hotel room with tile, not gross carpet. We appreciated the coffee in the room with a sunrise wakeup. Although we didn’t use the pool, it all looked inviting and lovely. Everything was great and we had a lovely stay! We would definitely come back and recommend this to friends and family. Great stay!

The breakfast was a few snacks, so we ended up going to Dunkin Donuts right across the street. The only bothersome thing was slamming doors! Some guests must have arrived at 1am and every time the door slammed it was loud and you could feel it and it definitely woke us all up. Not sure there is anything really to be done about that, but it definitely made it feel like a shorter night.

I thought it was a good value for the money. Liked the partial ocean view. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was able to walk to several stores. Although the weather did not cooperate, the pool looked inviting.

It is an older building, but some attempts have been made to update. Although I didn’t require a kitchenette, it was difficult not to notice the outdated appliances.

View was exceptional. Updates to the room was more modern. Bed was very comfortable.

Even though the room was updated with tile floor and tile shower enclosure. The room needs a mat on the inside of the door, my husband and myself almost slipped and fell on the wet tile. The shower head is in the middle of the shower not very useful for getting the beach sand from some areas of the body. The old (VERY OLD) sleeper sofa was just awful. The arm were dirty and worn the skirt was torn and just outdated. My understanding by the clerk it is also broken.

My family and I were traveling from South FL back home to SC when we decided to pull over. My husband has health issues and was not feeling well, and the staff was amazing. I was able to book the room last minute and they accepted pets. We have a service animal and another pup as well. They only charge a small fee for animals. The next day, we decided to stay another night and had an issue with our bank card because we didn't call to let them know we were going to be out of the state so they blocked our account. But the staff was amazing and very patient and let my husband go to the bank and get it worked out. I work for a renovation company, and the rooms here were newly renovated and very clean. We have pets and have stayed in places that are pet friendly before and have smelled awful, but Arya Blu is extremely clean. We are actually going to make it a point when we travel down south to stop there again. We had never been to Daytona before, so there is a lot to do we didn't get to. For being able to stay directly on the beach for a great price is wonderful.

Exceptionally clean and updated facility. Staff was very friendly. Very safe environment. I'd recommend staying here to everyone. Looking forward to returning again. The location is perfect!!

Booking.com had a different rate and checkout time. We had to pay more for an oceanfront room with a balcony. It ended up $100 more plus added taxes and fees that I thought were included on the booking site and it was not. So we excluded things that we were going to do but couldn't due to the extra cost. Very disappointed in booking.com.
