There are several bad reviews on this place, but don't let that stop you from booking! For the price, this place was fantastic for us! Location is great. Ormand is WAY better then Daytona I think. Staff was fantastic, very accommodating, all you have to do is ask. It's all stil a work in progress, but from the room we had, had brand new beds, view was amazing, pool was awesome. Coffee in the lobby all day, was sweet. Since I LOVE coffee. There is a shortage on towls, but I fully believe that's because people are taking them to the pool, leaving them and asking for more. We brought our own beach/pool towls as usual.

There isn't much to complain about, it's a nice hotel... the DND should be magnets, with the wind they just blow away... A microwave would have been nice, but it wasn't a problem to go into the lobby to use the one there.

Location was BEAUTIFUL especially with having the view from the balcony. Room was very clean, beds were super comfy (minus sofa bed) the pool was nice too! Staff was very friendly as well!! All in all, I’d give our stay for the value (which was great for an oceanfront room) 4 stars!

The sofa bed mattress was very thin and sagged in the middle between the frame bars. Thankfully all three of my children were able to fit on the other queen bed comfortably. Also, the bathroom door must be too big for the frame because you have to use force to make it shut, therefore it was a hassle to go to the bathroom but didn’t ruin our stay.

The staff made u feel like family which as we all know is so rare these days the room has a awesome view from the 7th floor huge pool killer beach access free breakfast great location definitely will be back especially for the price I don't think you can find a better place to stay

I love everything the only thing I can say is would be 💯 every I need if there was a hot tub would be 💯🔥 But being most places don't even have a working pool I don't think the hot tub thing is the end of world especially when u get free breakfast plus allow pets n have a pool n beach access I'm definitely going to become a regular

The hotel and room were extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price and location for an oceanfront room with a balcony was very very reasonable!! Beach access was open and convenient. Breakfast was included and had bagels, muffins, yogurt etc.

The only negative was they charge you $10 for parking. If I’m paying for a hotel room, parking should be included. Also, just a suggestion, would be a beach access with a ramp. This would be easier for those with strollers, wagons, wheelchairs.

Great paint job. Friendly staff. Always love the pool. So happy we were able to check in early without a fuss and got exactly they room we wanted and paid for. Wasn’t always the case when it was best western. We still come back every year but because of how great it was this time we are thinking more than once a year. Thanks for the perfect bday weekend stay!

I’d say the one working elevator but actually it turned out to be a nice thing because everyone staying there was helping out everyone else and chatting because of the broken elevator which made the stay that much better.

Perfect! Is this a 5 star hotel, no…HOWEVER, is it clean, comfortable, affordable, pet friendly, on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping…yes to all of the above! This hotel is under construction but the workers could not have been more kind and respectful of the guests. The staff was impeccable! Patty, Jackie, Chico, we could not have appreciated you more, you were the absolute best! We will definitely be back ♥️

I wish the entry doors to the rooms opened inward instead of outward and there needs to be automatic doors that lead to the lobby.

Breakfast is not what it used to be when it was a Best Western. It has been bought by Hilton and is being remodeled. Just bagels yogurt and juice for now. Not sure if that will change. Hotel is undergoing renovations and soon will be upgraded but not quite done. Our room was nice, but no coffee maker, microwave, ice bucket or plastic cups. I think in the next month that will be remedied.

Reserved and payed for a suite through booking.com When we checked in were told they didn’t have suites. We knew better as we have stayed there for years. Called booking.com no help at all. Next evening the manager was able to move us to the suite we reserved.

I always love the staff, Patti and Shawn are always helpful and always able to fix a problem. That includes many other employee's, I just deal with them the most. The room has been refurbished nicely with a few missing exceptions listed below. I like the new showers in the suite in place of the jet tubs.

I'm very disappointed that all they offer is beagles, before it became a Hilton, they had eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. The rooms could use a microwave and a coffee pot.

The first thing that come to mind is how comfortable the beds were. OMG. We even checked the label to see what kind of mattress it was. Every staff member I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was big and spacious. We had plenty of room for all our stuff.

My only complaint is the door to the stairway would slam shut every time someone opened the door. I got used to it after the first morning and it was no big deal after that.
