I love the view of the ocean from the room, nearby restaurants with good food, and walking gate to the beach.

It wasn't updated, no plugs to charge phones, & the room had a bad odor.

The view was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious, I enjoyed the hot tub, pool, & fitness center.. they have a bar& grill in the premises also.

The walkways & elevator needs some cosmetic work, maybe deep clean the carpet.

My first night the maintenance man was at my door asking to use our room to go to the other side he climb over the balcony to get to the other room weird as hell scared the hell out of my kids and shock me

Despite this being an older motel, the room was updated with new flooring and furniture. It was very clean and quiet. And the beach was at our doorstep.

The room was perfect for the basics. It was very clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect the locations was amazing!

We had an inland queen room. There was no closet, so I bought an over the door shoe organizer so it wasn't a huge problem. The only complaint is the room is small. If u have a family upgrade to the 2 bed or ocean view. It literally was a bed 4 small drawers and a bathroom. The parking lot got full very quickly and we had to park across the street which was annoying bc we were carrying things. Also it would be nice if on Friday and sat if the pool and hot tub would be open till 11

Location- its not in the high traffic part of pcb and the beach in front of it was not crowded at all, large rooms, pool, quiet, they let us check in an hour earlier, soft beds, good ocean view, full size fridge and cabinet space, no bugs

Only 1 working elevator, they were waiting on parts for the other.. The wait times were ridiculous at times. Especially when we were checking in and out. There was only enough room for the luggage cart and maybe 1 or 2 people so we had to wait till the elevator was completely empty.... plus house keeping was constantly on there with their carts. When we were checking the room to make sure we didn't leave anything, we found a dirty sock under the air conditioner that didn't belong to us. Regardless, I highly recommend this resort. Eventually they will have the other elevator up and running.

It was a first-time experience for us, and it was wonderful. The staff was phenomenal!! I had only seen beautiful blue water in pictures, and when I actually saw it, it was just breathtaking. God sure made beautiful creations! I can't wait to go back and be able to stay longer. I literally teared up and shed a few tears as I drove home to Mississippi.

Everything was phenomenal!!! The only thing I was a little upset about was the pool and hot tub closing at 10 pm. It's hard to get everything in during the day and be able to get into the pool and hot tub before 10 pm. By 10 pm, some people are just getting back from supper or cruising the strip, which is busy and crowded and takes a while to reach your destination going or coming back to your room.

I really enjoyed our stay at Beachside Resort. The room was a nice size. The beds were comfy. Hotel is right on the beach so the view was amazing from our room. We had a full refrigerator which was really nice to have along with a microwave .

The main thing I had a problem with was getting a signal on our phones. Me and my kids have different cell company's but all of us had trouble. They do have Wi-Fi but that doesn't help with regular phone calls. Also the bathrooms were a bit small and the sink and mirror are outside of the actual bathroom.

The location was great. We were looking for a place to stay that was on the beach but away from the crowds. This place was just right for us. The price was reasonable.The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed our stay.

The shower was so small in our queen suite that we could hardly turn around in it. Also the shower head would not adjust and the water sprayed in your face when you turned it on. I wish that there was a regular coffee maker in the room. I like to bring my own coffee to brew when I travel. The mini coffee maker was disappointing.

Staff very kind and supportive. Management was willing to help me out with printing my tickets, I was able to get contact the attraction and everything worked out. Location, location, location. It was away from the hustle and bustle further down the beach. The beach is quiet, not crowded, the weather was perfect this week. The two times we were able to use the bar and grill, great drinks and food. Very much enjoyed how the room was setup. Our gulf view was perfect for us. The pool was icy the first day, but way better the rest of the week. Nicely done to Staff who called security to take care of a few who were way intoxicated after hours in the spa. It was below where we were staying. The cleaning was polite, fun, and helpful everytime we encountered them. The fresh water spickets worked beautifully when coming of the beach.

Our water shut off while my wife was in the shower. I went to the office and inquired, she said they were feeling the pool. I walked by the pool, it was more than full as was the spa. Not believing that, water was turned back on for 45 minutes. We enjoyed the bar and grill alot, and wished we could have more of it. I understand the reason for some days being closed. There was one day when my wife was there waiting to make an order when she mentioned one lady got tired of waiting and left, and one person walked behind the counter and grabbed a beer. When the bartender came and asked if he could help anyone, the man was quiet until my wife shot him the look and he spoke up about the beer.
