the property was so clean and well maintained by all staff! I even saw the front desk manager mopping and cleaning throughout the stay. they were all very friendly and helpful. the pool was also a highlight of our stay. the beds are amazing and the rooms are HUGE

the only thing we can complain about is housekeeping. they don’t clean your room everyday even just new towels and trash. they come supposedly every other day for that but even then they just collected trash and gave towels. our beds and floors and bathroom was still not cleaned the whole time. we asked if we could get our floors at least swept from all the sand and they said we could do it ourselves. it was definitely different than the other housekeeping services we are used to in other hotels.

Liked having a breakfast provided. Location was perfect for us. Welcoming/fresh smell when you entered the facility and in the halls. Pool was nice and clean.

A change up in the breakfast would be nice...had eggs and sausage every day we were there. Also our room had work done (a new granite shelf installed above the microwave and new blinds installed) while we were away and without notice. Felt weird coming back seeing the changes...would have appreciated some notice.

The entire property was very clean. The rooms were a nice size, very clean, and modern. The breakfast area was tidy and attended to at all times. Breakfast was out by 6:45 each morning. The coffee and water bar were always stocked. The laundry rooms were conveniently available during the evening. The pool area was clean and there was a shower for rinsing after returning from the beach. The location area was great because it was close to the pier park area, but not in the direct line of traffic.

The location it was not that far from the beach was really nice experience in my lifetime, and a b**** magnificent perfectly safe for the children to swim and also family oriented area . The hotel honestly was nice and the manager was very helpful I meant the lady manager.

Destin Florida was nice but I didn't like the part they put restriction certain area on the beach for public . But overall was nice.

The hotel was clean, and the first thing I noticed when I walked was the smell. It smelled so good. The staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.

The only thing I didn't like was that we were on the first floor right by the exit door, and you could hear the door slam every time someone came in or went out. Also, you could hear people walking and running upstairs.

Location wasn’t the best. Would have been nice if the description of the property clearly stated that the beach was not accessible by foot. To drive and find public parking was not fun. I also thought that because of the location, the property is a bit overpriced.

It was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Water and coffee are available 24/7. No smoking was a plus.

The breakfast was not very good. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, however, they replaced them quickly. The TV was in an awkward position on the wall and you could not turn it in the direction of the bed.

the front desk was very helpful and switched my room when I didn’t realize I had booked a handoroom. The whole property was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

When I entered the building the aroma of the room smelt so good. It was extremely clean. The desk clerk that checked me in was just ok, but later another desk clerk later that evening was real nice. As I walked around the hotel and to my room it smelt so good. The room met my expectations.

I have no complaints

The room was so clean and up to date. The staff was exceptional and made us feel like we were at home. We also enjoyed how the beach was only 5-6 mins away along with pier park.

The fire alarm went off at 8am one morning, took about 45 minutes for the fire department to come and disarm the alarm.
