Location was perfect, family oriented, good restaurant across street, nice staff.

Room was not as pictured. I have stayed before and the townhouses are on the lower level. I chose a townhouse as pictured and represented in the description to avoid elevator check-in craziness only to find the room on the 10th floor. When I asked the front desk, they were very nice but I was informed there are no 2 bedroom townhouses all 2 bedrooms are condos on the upper levels and said it was odd that it was pictured as so. All in all, the room was clean, nice location and we had a wonderful time. Just know this is not a townhouse with a spiral staircase and is an all one level located on an upper floor.

The location was amazing! The view over the Gulf was so beautiful..... The beach was very clean and tended to by the rentals staff.... It was very accessible to the local attractions.... We will return!

The only thing that stood out was it was a little out of date with fixtures, bathroom, light switches, & ceiling tile framing need attention.

The balcony on beach level and private room upstairs and two bathrooms and our own laundry area and full size kitchen!

Was quite a ways from everything with traffic and construction. We also had cockroaches outside on patio and our 3rd night had one in our kitchen area.

Location & the amount of room available in the town house.

It what somewhat updates by what looked like a very cheap contractor. The keys to the sliding doors never even fit the lock so you could not lock the door if you went out that way. So you either had to walk all the way around or risk leaving the door unlocked.

Location was great. The condo was very spacious, clean and had all the essentials needed. Easy access to the beach! Even though the pool is an indoor pool, it is surrounded by windows that face the ocean

Although the condo was clean we did have a cricket inside one of the beds and also a cockroach in the bathroom. Also mattress was very hard. The place does need an overhaul in both bathrooms. I read construction begins in October but not sure what that means.

Great view. Clean,. Staff right on anything needed. Beds where good. Was nice.. Would recommend. A

No towel service. Had to wash towels you had. Or pay to exchange for clean ones.

Great location with beautiful beach views and easy access.

It's a little run down. There were areas in the room with peeling paint, vents were rusty, and the shower knobs were kind of grungy.

Price was reasonable,location to the beach was perfect view was amazing and the food and drink teke hut was 3 feet away so convenient our resort was wonderful we everything you could ask for and close to activities on the beach freindly staff

We had lower level unit right at beach level and enjoyed it. Enjoyed the evening entertainment singer at rooftop room.

Windows were dirty and prevented us from thoroughly enjoying the view of the ocean . Window seal was broken on the lower sliding door and sunscreen cover was broken as well. The best part of the unit was view and it was not good. Other damage to baseboards and cabinet finishing was visible.

Great vicinity, loved that we were on the ground floor and close to the beach.
