I loved the location and the size of the rooms. It felt very safe and had plenty of swimming activities with 2 pools. Having only 1 entrance was a little inconvenient, but with that came the feeling of security.

As stated previously, having only 1 entrance was a little inconvenient. The phone in the room was broken and it was difficult to get anything extra such as towels and blankets.

The cafe was closed. No signs to the pool. No seating or table in the room.

Needs to be advertised to have at the very least a blanket for the bunk beds if not also sheets

It was a very nice place and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back. The pools were very nice and clean. The whole area was very nice and exceptionally maintained. And it was a great price. Easy access to the beach, also. I was very pleased.

The pool was a little too far from the room but not a deal breaker. The room that we were in had no full length mirror, it was hard to see what you looked like before going out. And maybe a chair or two and a lamp in the room would be nice.

we loved the location—truly right across from the beach with an access point with crosswalk. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we loved the locker room style bathroom.

the only issue we encountered was that one of the nights a crew of construction workers staying at the hotel gathered in the parking lot drinking/partying and openly urinating. I felt this was highly inappropriate at a hotel made largely for families (lots of people with kids were there). I should add that this was on a Thursday night around 8:00PM. That made me question the overall safety of the hotel to be honest.

The rooms are very spacious. It's more of a family place, hence the rooms have 2 3 tier bunk beds. The room was clean. Our fridge, heat, a/c, and microwave worked just fine. We wish we had more time to stay. It was convenient for what we came to do, which was enjoy the beach. The pool was beautiful and the bball court was an added bonus. The front desk staff was awesome!!! They were super friendly and took care of us to the fullest. The young lady who checked us in was an angel.

I didn't like that there weren't enough towels or sheets for the beds and the housekeeping had an issue with giving you the toiletries that are supposed to come with the room. Housekeeping ladies on the 1st floor were rude, rude, rude. (They should take up a social skills class)(Thankfully we had some of our own) There weren't any swimming towels available by the pool, and the pool could use a good cleaning too. I hate they didn't serve breakfast but there are some great places to find on the strip, so we didn't starve.

The place slept all 6 of us comfortably. The mattresses on the bunk beds were a little thin so we took the mattress off the unused bunks and stacked them onto the bunks my kids actually slept on. The bathroom was pretty convenient for our size family and allowed us all to get ready without having to take turns getting ready. The refrigerator has no freezer section so don't plan on having frozen foods. There is also no broom in the rooms so bring one if you don't want to walk all over sand the whole stay. The place isn't fancy but it's perfect for our big family with 4 kids. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Our allover stay was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Okay guys this is our 2nd time staying here. You won't get a full kitchen, a mini fridge, but there's a micro and coffee. You get a full multi stall and showers. Plenty of beds and smell of clean bleach. Sure there's concrete floor but I've found this place to be cleaner than the fancy condos. There is a gym, basketball court, 2 pools, auditorium & across from the beach... Best of all it is not crowded like the other resorts and they are at a great price. Heads up your supposed to keep sandals on in the bathroom bc it is a slip hazard.This place really doesn't get the cred it deserves and you get more than your moneys worth if you ask me.

The location was amazing the rooms are crazy huge perfect for large families set up for campers it's a great location for large groups of all ages the staff is so friendly and helpful I would suggest this location to everyone

It's hard getting used to the floors not a reason to complain lol but the concrete floors make easy clean up when there are a lot of young people still the coolest place ever

We love the room, the facilities, the parking, the staff was great, the price was very reasonable. The only issue through the whole stay was a surprise charge of resort fee. While inquiring regarding the stay and up until the check in time the fee was stated to be one price, when the full payment was made at check in the "resort fee" was added unexpectedly. I have no problem paying it because the place is great, I don't like being surprised with additional fees after being told the "total cost".
