Best Western Plus Panama City Hotel

Beds were very comfortable. The pool was very nice and patio area was very clean. Nice seating area poolside. Breakfast was much more than expected Decent food choices for a continental breakfast. Our 2nd time staying at this property.. Plenty of food choices along 23rd St. which makes a great location for us.for dinner options

Can hear traffic while outside at the pool, but the room was quiet. Perhaps having a sign at the end of the street would be helpful. GPS got us there, but I missed it at first.

Breakfast was hot, fresh and good every day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Third day we needed clean towels, bathroom tissue and I stop the housekeeping lady in hallway. She said she will be right back with the items we needed. Two hours later still no show. We were late leaving for Pier Park adventure with our group. Eventually I stop man with housekeeping and he got us some assistant.

Surprisingly big free breakfast. Great remodel since the hurricane. Hotel was full of kids but room was very quiet. Great lighting in the bathroom. Plenty of parking available. The rooms had multiple areas with electrical outlets which is a MUST!

I think the only issue we had was that no matter how you adjusted the curtain, in the particular room we were in, the streetlight still managed to shine into the room right across my mom's bed. That was about it.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool was very nice too. This hotel was immaculate.

When my family and I were at the pool, a stranger with a skateboard walking in from the street side just comes in and sits by the pool. Then starts talking to himself, and moves closer to my daughter and me. We left the pool and informed the staff, but we never went back to the pool. Then I noticed when loading the car checking out, three more people walking with no luggage and also walking from the street went straight to the pool area to hang out. I highly recommend they put up a privacy fence from the street side. Also, from the pool and the other side of the hotel the security doors are always open. Anyone can walk in without the key card. We didn’t feel safe. Unfortunately, these are the reasons I’m not coming back.

After our other booking canceled our stay while we drove down, my daughter and I had to sleep in the car 9 hours from home and we had our reservations for 4 months. Due to the holiday everything was booked solid! I came across this hotel randomly and prayed for us on the way there! The staff on when we got there helped welcome us and so grateful to them!! Garette and Niema are 2 of the friendliest hotel workers I have met!! Garette always had a smile even mopping the huge lobby floor numerous times a day, a Niema checked us in with great suggestions and friendly conversations! Thanks to both of you and all the other employees!! The hotel has only been open for 60 days so exceptionally clean!!!

The pool is outside but a little small

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating.

The bathroom door In our room did not shut and the elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Great and confortable place when we got there the lady who checked us in was really nice and helpful we will definitely be going back there for our next trip really calm clean and nice place plus is close to restaurants stores and the beach highly recommended.

I like that the room was nice and clean. The shower water was nice and hot.

Entering into the hotel I saw that the breakfast area was taped off which I didnt understand since I've been to 4 & 5 star hotels that offered Breakfast but also used the 6 ft rule. I also noticed the roof had a hole in the ceiling with no covering you could look directly into the hole. Upon arriving at the desk I greeted the young lady and told her that I booked online and after giving her my name she tells me that the site "booking.com" canceled my reservation. I notified her that I didnt recieve any notices. After about 15 mins because the system was down there were about 3-4 other people behind me waiting to check in or reserve a room she asked for my documents and checked me in.

Breakfast was ok. Loved that an ihop was right next to it.

The fact that We arrived early but was told we couldn’t check in til 3pm. After a 9 hr drive, we was extremely tired. Especially traveling with children. The beds was damp, as though we were sleeping on wet linen every night. But the beds were comfortable other than that. Our rooms were never serviced the 2 nights we stayed.

We were on a week long tour of the coast and this was the nicest place we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and the TV picture quality was remarkable , Room was very nicely appointed and clean.

not limited to this hotel but stop using covid as an excuse to not offer your best breakfast. Everyone is over it already. We had one hotel that served a full hot breakfast on the east coast and that room was half the price so , there is no excuse. Get back to normal. Breakfast was ok but limited due to ridiculous self-imposed covid restrictions.
