The convenience of the beach and nearby attractions

Check-in was at 4:00, upon booking I said 3:00, got there at 4 and had to wait two hours because the room wasn’t ready. got to the room and it was like the floor hadn’t been swept, it was literally full of sand. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Got no room service not sheets on the bed, didn’t even have an ice bucket.

amazing king suite, balcony overlooking Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beach, room spotless and comfortable. great place for 47th anniversary.

sadly, the winds and salt have eaten away the metals and concrete on stairs and in elevator. lots of decay and rust. they’re going to renovate soon. But our room showed no decay.

Clean and well cared for. Great view of the Gulf. Appliances were clean and up to date. The cleanliness of the room was much better then when I was there in July.

The tv in the bedroom did not work and had to move to a new room. Took half a day to get resettled. The remote in the new room did not work. I really believe these things need to be checked before guest arrive to prevent these issues. The car bumper on the handicapped parking spot is painted purple and in dim or dark conditions it is difficult to see. It should be bright yellow. My wife tripped and fell over it.

The location is great. You can easily walk to shops close by. The room is spacious. There is a large bed on one end for adults, and a pull out couch for the kids. The kitchen is very convenient and has a full size refrigerator and oven. The elevator did work during our stay, and the AC was freezing it worked so well.

We did not have sheets, a pillow, or a blanket for the pull out bed. HOWEVER, The front desk was quick to get us some when we asked. We also had no toilet paper when arriving, and we had to ask for that as well. During our week stay, we had to go ask for more towels and wash rags 3 times as they do not bring you more or swap the dirty ones out. The floors were horrible from day one and would turn your feet black from one step on them.

didn't have food at the facility. The staff were very courteous but the suite had very old fixtures. the beds didn't fit in the room well and the shower head was from the 40's 0r 50's and made it very hard to rinse well. the towell bar at the sink kept falling off and the doors didn't fit well from settling and weather damage. We did however love the location , the staff, and the suite anyway as well as the price. We are just old and do not understand no maintence and or upgrades. The floors were excellent with the choice of flooring.

the location is amazing right on the strip close to a lot of restaurants. we were on the 6th floor and had an amazing view, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. pool was great and kids had a blast.

the floors were not the cleanest, and being back and forth from the beach tracking sand in caused them to get dirtier. all of our feet were black if we didn’t wear shoes inside & then we had to wash our feet before getting in the bed. there was no broom in the suite for us to sweep up so staying 3 nights, floors were dirty to walk in. no one came to clean up or take trash during our stay

The location

Our room wasn't "ready" until 6pm and when it was "ready" it hadn't been cleaned. They moved us to a different room but one of the AC units didn't work. They told us multiple times during our stay that we would get room service but we constantly had to ask for clean towels, coffee & what not. They only came to clean once and all they did was sweep and take our dirt sheets & towels. We took out our own trash each day. They said we would receive a refund for 2 nights for our troubles and we never received anything. The pool was very small and cold.

Location was great. Beach was nice. Was in a quiet location.

Only had one elevator working when we got there. The other one broke while we were there, had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs after having foot surgery. Down a pleasant experience. Manager emailed and I told him we should be compensated. Never heard back from him. One man had a artificial leg and had to go up and down 7 flights. Manager could have at least emailed me Back and apologized, or said you will not get any compensation. Not good business.

Everything! Staff very friendly and professional. We stayed on 6th floor and our king suite was awesome. The couple times we needed anything ( towels and set of sheets for pull out couch ) Staff delivered within minutes. Kudos 👏 to the entire team. Pool was great. Location great. Our room layout great. Definitely will stay again. Location great and walking distance to many places

We loved everything beautiful ocean front view. Unfortunately alot of seaweed and jelly fish 🎐 but that has nothing to do with the hotel, only 7 miles to St.Andrews State park only $7 to get in and the water there had no seaweed.
