location was great, most of the staff was very nice.

The person checking us in, took my credit card info even though I already paid. He stole over $200 from me and I’m still waiting to get refunded from the hotel.

parking lot is small & was hard to park also when i checked in i was given the wrong room & when i went back down to get it fixed i showed the lady at the desk the pictures of the room i had booked and she told me they had no rooms that looked like that — she ended up finally giving me the room i booked but i’m not sure why she tried to lie to me at first got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes at one point

Dirty , needs painting..balcony door rusted, not able to close , TV options limited , no plastic cups ,no place to put your cosmetics in the bathroom, fridge was frozen ,microwave dirty ...water from the rain in front of the elevator and my room 304 ...disappointing ....and the picture they advertised that room is not real ....at least not the bathroom....front door rusted too.....I think the only clean place is the lobby ...

The location and view can’t be beat. The room and Bath were clean. I was a-little worried after reading some of the reviews . I have stayed at 5* resorts. & although this isn’t one of those I was pleasantly surprised that while it is an older building it has been updated. It was very clean, the staff were very friendly and if you needed or wanted anything else you only had to ask. They DO NOT enter your room during your stay. I personally like this, if your trash fills up simply put it outside your door. If you need extra towels ask for them. ( this seemed to be a complaint of others having no house keeping during your stay) The breakfast is the basic continental, no frills. We had a mini kitchen and full fridge in our room so again not an issue. The Kitchen was furnished with plates cups and silverware for four. I’d suggest that if you are planning a family stay bring paper products. The a/c worked great and cold ! Also, no musty smells or tinyT Vs ( it was at least 40 inches if not more. ) as some of the other reviewers had stated. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking was tight to maneuver, the beds were very firm. Extra bathroom paper in the Bath would be nice. The kitchen had dish soap and a dish towel but no cloth for washing.

I loved the location. It was a beautiful view from room balcony and a very convenient distance from the beach. Also the size and layout of the double bed room.

The mattresses were not very comfortable at all. Pillows were good but you only get one each and when we asked for more they said they would bring to our room but we never received them. Also the elevator was very slow and seemed it could use some maintenance.

The beach and location were great for the price.

Staff could take the time to be friendly

Great location. The woman at the desk was super super friendly. Her name was Karen. I wasn't trying to check in early but went there early to see what to do until the room was ready. She was excellent customer service. Called as soon as it was available

The shower curtain was missing. But we didn't get water everywhere. I kinda understand since they are in the busiest season of the year

The front desk people were wonderful ,air was great ,park good ,location great ,privacy was great

Beds was a little hard ,had to ask for blankets from front desk because housing didn't make beds with cover on them ,most of house keeping did y no English which was fine all but they didn't understand if u needed something but they were all very nice

This is an amazing location, right on the ocean with very easy access from the property. The staff at the desk were all helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected from a "continental" breakfast with the offering of oatmeal choices.

The property seemed very "tired." A supply closet door would not shut and blew back and forth in the wind. The shower curtain in our room was full of holes near the top and was very fragile.
