Fabulous place! View of the gulf. Large 3 bedroom beautifully furnished. Very spacious. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is good. Pool is large. Not many folks there as our stay began August 15th, the end of high season. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean. The view was beautiful! The I door/ out door pool and jacuzzi were very nice. It was close to restaurants and grocery. Having dishes, utensils all all appliances was very nice.
There was mold on the inside of the washing machine and mini fridge. The mattress in the master bedroom seemed to be worn out, overly soft. The water from the refrigerator ran slow.

We loved how close it was to the gulf. It was an easy walk along a short boardwalk to get to the beach, and there were convenient faucets and showers for rinsing off.
On the sand at the base of the boardwalk to the condominium, there were discarded beach toys mixed with garbage overflowing from a garbage can and spilling onto the sand the entire week.

I love everything about the master bedroom and the view from there was amazing!! I also really loved the balcony.
I wish there had been better communication about check out instructions and more communication on certain things like where to get more towels (if offered), trash bags, etc…

No breakfast.... great location... this is a home condo so the kitchen was great. It has three beds and three baths and the balcony was fantastic. The parking is secured and behind a locked gate. Great place to stay on the beach.
The balcony door was not sliding properly, the storm shutter was not working properly on the bedroom balcony so it was partially closed the entire time, the dishwasher door handle was broken, they came to repair but it was not repaired properly, the a/c unit did not work at all... fortunately the room did stay comfortable.

Location was great. Condo was awesome and we loved how easy it was to access the condo as well as the beach. We were very happy during our stay.
I wish we could have checked in a little earlier than 4:00. Also, the cleaning lady was not done by 4:00. It was about 5-10 minutes after that.

Beautiful decor, comfortably outfitted. Loved the location, secluded but walking distance to Florabama. Enjoyed both pools and hot tub. Beach was never overcrowded.
Elevators didn't always work, but it gave us the opportunity to use the stairs. Parking was a bit tight.
