Everything was amazing so it is really hard to pick out just one thing. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful, valet attendants went above and beyond to help my kids and I, on site facilities were excellent, food was amazing. Beach was perfect and room was comfortable and the view was exceptional. We can't wait for our next visit!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, I cannot come up with a single complaint. This hotel was amazing and we had the best time and we cannot wait to stay here again.

The property is beautiful and perfectly located. The room exceeded our expectation in terms of location and Gulf view. The beach was great and the umbrella service perfect. The pool was kind of crowded, but we enjoyed it anyway.

The toilet seat within our room was extremely loose and in my opinion, dangerous. We had to request that maintenance fix it twice, because they didn't fix it the first time we asked. Housekeeping is "at request", we feel daily housekeeping is expected at these prices. The scrambled eggs at Latitude 30 restaurant were, we believe made of reconstituted powered eggs, and were cold uneatable. You must request cracked fresh eggs for your scrambled eggs or do the omelette station, which was awesome.

We actually booked this resort last minute as we originally paid 3x this for a full weekend at another place. We were at our original place for less than 12 hours after deciding to leave after paying for a 3 day stay. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Last minute booking was perfect for our situation. We loved the beach access, they played music for us to wake up to that morning and listen to as we were by the pool. The numerous places to eat and get drinks at poolside was perfect. We never had to leave. Right before check out we also had to run back up to the room and a male staff associate was already in the room over looking it for things that may have been left. Very nice and pleasant. Overall 10/10 experience. Will definitely be awaiting our next booking for this resort.

The only issue was fixed with a simple question. We couldn't find the pool side towels. Very convenient once we asked! There were absolutely zero complaints for this facility.

Every staff member that we encountered during our stay was very friendly. Some even went out of their way to provide service. Our accommodations were very clean, the hotel itself was very clean, and the beach pool area was very well-maintained. The Voyager restaurant was excellent! Latitude 30 had a nice breakfast and the staff were all very friendly. Also, loved the live music in the lobby. What a great touch!

The small coffee/pastry shop was not worth the money. The coffee was weak and the pastries were stale. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was pre-made and re-heated upon ordering. The outside was extremely hot while them middle was still frozen. Would not go to them again.

The room and facilities were immaculate. The room we booked had an exceptional beach front view, and the balcony with high chairs and a nice serving table where you could see the ocean view without looking through rails was wonderful. The resort had plenty of activities for families with children to enjoy. We also enjoyed the food at Latitude 30... Although my husband thought the shrimp and grits were the worst he ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the piano bar and listening to some great music. The overall service and friendly hospitality exceeded our expectations from valet service, management, and housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Orange Beach. Overall Fun and Fantastic time had by all!

Although the resort was wonderful, they do not offer complimentary breakfast or the breakfast buffet, which would probably have been nice for the price of our room. So, be prepared to shell out some money for meals. Also, our room did have a refrigerator, but no microwave.

we checked in on our 38th Wedding Anniversary, so they upgraded us to a full view/ocean Super King room. The "Aurora's" Mardi Gras Ball was in our lobby, so we enjoyed their beautiful gowns, crowns, & the tux tails worn by the women & men...& the next day, the Grand Marshall preparing his Harley for the Grand parade. The ladies shared beautiful Mardi Gras beads with me. The food was excellent in the L-Latitude restaurant, & the omelettes superb. We did not order the ostrich or the elephant, available in the priciest restaurant.

We had to leave, after 2 nights.

Great views, clean beach, great location. Staff was very friendly. Room was exact one pictured with exact view.

Our TV was broke (they did work on it for a couple hours then replaced the next day). Our safe locked and then would never open (they worked on for couple hours, got it open then replaced it). The drink machine was broke on our floor. There were spiders in huge webs in all the corners of the main lobby. The beds were very hard and the pillows were massive and hard (realize this is a preference thing).

I love the location, directly on the beach and minutes from shopping and restaurants, great restaurants on site, lovely pool area, and big gym. Entrance was stunning with gorgeous waterfall, pretty art throughout. Coffee & breakfast spot on site, souvenir shop also. Clean room, spacious and beautiful. Places to eat for any occasion, casual or date night. Nice bar areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. 100% satisfactory.

We stayed on the 5th floor, not much insulation between walls, could easily hear everything being said in the adjoining rooms.

Loved it! Modern interior, lots of activities and restaurants & amenities! Rooms have a Keurig and refrigerator, each floor has a microwave! Rain shower, bar sink outside the restroom, touch light up mirrors! Great pool, easy access to beach (although it is quite a walk to the ocean) and umbrella chair reservations! Resort is close (5 min drive) to good restaurants and activities (dolphin cruises, etc).

Having to call for maid service, I understand why they do it, but I would prefer it be provided and if you don’t want it you opt out.

We especially liked the pool area because of the piped in awesome music and the one-man-band performers. Gave us a great, happy & upbeat feeling. The pool itself was a great break from the heat. Many recliners provided shade from the sun due to placement of the umbrellas. Also, loved we could buy drinks and meals right at the pool side. The room was very spacious and our view was wonderful! We could see the ocean and the harbor plus could look further out in the distance to see the sunsets.

We are both senior citizens and the hotel does not take that into consideration as far as room rates. The front desk told us they would give us $3 off for a senior discount, but I didn't see that itemized on our billing statement.
