The breakfast was the absolute best! A huge variety of breakfast items to choose from. The scrambled eggs which I was expecting to be just ok as usual at most Hotels but the eggs were really great. The view while eating breakfast was beautiful with the choice of inside dining or outside dining. The view of the ocean with boats passing or sun rising it was really beautiful and most of all clean. There were multiple people cleaning quickly so no wait time for tables. The bed linen was soft, bed was comfortable. NO wait time on elevators. I like that you have to have to have a room key to enter the pool. This keeps strangers out. I was able to try out the pool and at night the hot tub which amazed me that everything was just perfect for our weekend getaway. It was a mom & daughter trip that I will return for in the future. The tides is beachside and there is no disappointment at all in my stay there. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I did not have many complaints. There was an older lady that works the morning breakfast shifts that you could tell she was not a happy camper to be doing her job. I was greeted by 2 very lovely young ladies in the mornings and the not so happy one was cleaning tables. I went to catch the table for 2 so it would not be taken by anyone else and the worker had an issue with me doing that and was a little rude. I did over look it because there was a very out going you guy whom you could tell was busting his butt to work hard to please everyone and so very nice to us each day. He made up for her being rude either way the overall experience was much more than I expected.

Everything was excellent. The location right on the beach is perfect. The beach is fantastic. All the members of the stuff I interacted with were absolutely wonderful. There's plenty of good options for breakfast. I loved the food, and even more the beach view from the breakfast area, which is breathtaking. The pool isn't very big or deep, but it's perfect for my taste. It's heated, and the temperature couldn't be any better. Can't wait to go back

Parking is $11 a night. I was aware of it, so it was no surprise. It would be nice if it was included, though. The beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. They charge $40 for the day for two chairs and an umbrella (if you decide to use them, of course). That's pricy, so I suggest you take your own. I went to Walmart, which is a few minutes away, and bought two inexpensive chairs and an umbrella for about the same price, and then got to bring them home. It's much cheaper that way. None of these are big cons, though. The hotel is fantastic, and I can't wait to go back.

The location was perfect and the beach access was nice and easy commute for me and my kiddos. We enjoyed jumping between the heated pool and the beach. The breakfast was very good as well. Staff were all friendly, too.

Only downside really were the two elevators were slow to access; however, once we located the stairwell we utilized it majority of the time. One random advise too would be to include a trash can in the parking garage or ground level lobby. it would help reduce waste laying around.

Bartenders Leslie and Mariana!, loved having a bar by the pool. Front desk staff very nice and helpful, all staff was welcoming and helpful. Having free breakfast was a perk, didn’t have to leave the property until dinner. Great pool area too. Beds comfortable, pillows great. Laundry room was nice, could use a dollar bill changer to quarters.

Getting to the beach… the step from the walkway to the beach was difficult if you have mobility issues. Should have another step/ramp or railing. Expensive to rent chairs on the beach, but convenient.

I chose this hotel because of the location. The public areas have beautiful windows overlooking the beach. Breakfast was delicious, the euro style coffee machine made spectacular cappuccinos (24hrs too!). A 7minute walk on the beach gets you to a hot spot for music, good eats, bar. Loved waking up to the beach view. Staff was perfect. I’m coming again, won’t even consider another hotel.

Well, maybe the pool was not spectacular? I give the pool a 9/10, it was awesome, but not the most amazing pool of my life.

Hotel served a daily hot and cold breakfast which was always fresh and decent. The lobby area is WONDERFUL with the picture windows all facing the sea. All the staff were friendly and professional and Courtney was exceptionally helpful. The room is quite big for 2 adults. We got one with a partial beach / partial street view. We still had a pretty nice view of the water but the traffic sounds were a little loud during rush hour. The room was clean although it did smell of crawfish the whole time we were there. Maybe a previous guest spilt some crawfish on the carpet? Oh, and I saved the best for last. The kitchen sells amazing pizzas! We visit Orange Beach every year and I would 100% definitely stay here again.

Make parking free or cheaper instead of charging $10/day.

I commend the chef. Most places I go and eat the food is over season and that is too much for me. I have food allergies with some seasoning that certain chef use, but I was totally satisfied with everything that was on the menu. Great job guys ,look forward to staying here again.

I have to say everything was in order, don’t change a thing, if it was any any better I would move here full-time that’s how much I enjoyed it my stay with you all

The breakfast was amazing. Everything was hot. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. They attended to the tables and assured they were cleaned each time someone sat. They promptly removed the dirty utensils and plates and offered refills. Best hotel breakfast by far.

Honestly the only complaint is the workout are thermostat was set at 65 degrees which was a bit cold . There were no remotes available to adjust the televisions in the workout area.
