This is a relatively new facility. Its replaced a rather run down Holiday Inn. Our entire experience was positive. We swere weary travelers caught inb three days of airline weather delays. We arrived exhausted from Florida east coast looking to fly from Tampa. The staff could not t have been more accommodating. Check-in was easy and uneventful. We were given a very quiet room which completely suited us. Our luggage had been sent to our destination but not us! Lots of shopping right next door where we bought a few essedntials the next day. (We were three days without our luggage). Bfreakfast the first moring on s Sunday was way beyond what we expected....The Monday breakfast was less tasty. In all we would notn hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it if you need lodging in the Sun City/ Rushin Fl area. Many thanks to a great staff.

Clean overall. Quiet and well maintained. Rooms are upkept. Grounds are ok.

3rd floor has a funky smell like a sewer. People who smoke marijuana left their smell on the elevator. The pool water was way too hot. 93 degrees farenheit. The complimentary breakfast is not good. Barbeque pit offered is rusted and needs cleaning.

Friendly helpful staff and very clean environment inside and out! Everything was in working order and comfortable. The pictures online are sometimes deceiving and not the same when you get there with hotels but this facility had no surprises!

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the stay!

The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The pool and pool area were very clean. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Better signage on South City Centre Road. Very hard to find in the dark.

The property was near food options and allowed us to use the conference room for team meals and meetings.

I didn’t like that the business centre was a desk in the lobby. I had to work from my room. It wasn’t terrible and I wouldn’t rate them poorly on it.

Our room was clean and comfortable, we have stayed here before and would come again. The cinnamon rolls were spectacular! Keep those coming!

Breakfast was a disappointment. The fried eggs were 2 dimensional -.absolutely flat and not appetizing. The plain omelets were OK, but really needed cheese or vegetables.

The breakfast was okay but we chose to go to restaurants for breakfast. We were impressed with your facility and will be returning next year.

The toilet paper is terrible. The walk in shower is great but the shower head is located for 8 foot tall people. It would have been fantastic if there was a hand held attachment for those of us short people.

Place was lovely the night before Wednesday had lovely staff great customer service

Towards check out the lady was very rude that came to our room house keeping that’s what I dislike she didn’t have to be rude

Very nice !!! We did not want to pay the rates other hotels were offering, we were hesitant but to be honest it was a veryyyy nice hotel, clean, new , modern, staff was sweet, offered all kinds of extra towels , tooth paste , toothbrushes ect if guest forgot anything, we thought that was sweet. Safe area , we will definitely stay again if needed !
