The location was very clean and smelled good. The modern look was also nice. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Loved that the front doors look at 10am and inky those with rooms can enter. Breakfast options were great.

My only dislike was the lighting. Both the room and bathroom could use more lights or brighter bulbs.

The front desk staff were so kind, friendly, and accommodating. All the other staff were nice, but did not say a lot and did not always have a smile on their face when interacting with the guest. The breakfast was good and made it nice not to have to go out and find somewhere to eat. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't a lot to dislike about my stay. The staff, with the exception of the front desk could have smiled and been a little more pleasant with the guest. They were not rude, but a smile goes a long way.

I was not able to get into the hotel early even though I received a message that I can check in earlier. When I called to speak to someone about coming in early they had an attitude and hung up on me. I called back giving them the benefit of doubt that we may have gotten disconnected. I was not able to get into the room until after 3pm because the room was getting cleaned right after 2pm. Other than that everything was fine and clean. Lots of noise outside.

Comfortable beds & pillows. The free breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. Location was great as we wanted to be near South Tampa.

No grab bar in shower. No towel bar next to shower to hold your towel. Wish there had been a recliner in the room instead of an upright chair.

What I liked the most was that it was extremely clean.

I don't like the fact that booking.com charged $75 for a pet fee when I didn't even have a pet. Trying to have them refund that money has been a nightmare and has yet to be done.

The property seems to be renovated and the location is 20-30 min away from downtown St. Petersburg. They have free breakfast which included eggs, bacon, different types of breads, yogurts, waffles so it had a great variety. The room was pretty big and the bed was super comfy! Also, you have free parking! gym, a little store area to buy snacks and free ice.

I think the main thing I didn’t like about the room was the humidity smell. The main issue was the fact that the bathroom shower is practically one floor with the shower itself so every time you shower, the water gets everywhere in your bathroom. Yes, they have a drainer in the middle of the bathroom which was a little bit awkward too but it was very annoying having to practically clean the floor every time you shower and that’s were the humidity smell came from. Another thing I didn’t like is that I checked in at 4pm (check in time was 3pm). I received an email from the property in the morning saying they were expecting me and when I got there to check in, the front desk took 15 min to find an empty room… since he couldn’t find a clean room for us…

Breakfast was awesome! Location great, we are retired military so this location was a plus for us.

Everything was awesome! When I checked in Bowens was exceptional nice, I was given the handicap room on line, but she made sure I got a regular room, I can't say enough about Bowens, also when we CK out Lopez was very nice and friendly. We are retired military so the location a plus, right out MacDill AFB. We will continue to make this our ideal place to stay.

The stay was pleasant. clean and tidy Good location. Typical breakfast, no vegetables at all. The service was excellent and especially Jules at the reception office, welcoming and giving a feeling of home. It was really pleasant.

The breakfast was great! I also enjoyed the very modern design of the room and lobby and everything was very clean as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the check in and out process was very smooth as well.

My only small complaint would be that the pillows that they had on the bed in my room were more on the smaller side and I wish they were much larger.
