The location of the room was wonderful.

A little outdated. Advertised as an apartment with a kitchenette. It was more like a motel room with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The pictures on the web site showed an actual kitchen. The only chair in the room was stained terribly. It either needs replaced or reappolhstered. Freshly painted and other furnishings were nice. Mirror on closet was broken and needs replaced.

Check in process through Booking.com was chaotic & time consuming. You have to text a photo of your license & credit card after confirmation to finalize the room; but no one could tell us where to text it to (Call center & online did not know) & it wasted about 4+ hours of my time. We did not get details until the afternoon of check-in day & we were not completely sure we had a room.

Beautiful location. great value, free bikes and kayaks on loan.

I liked that it had a balcony.

I didn't like not having the unit number or the code to check in until late in the day of our arrival. (past check in time). I had to keep texting and asking for it which was bothersome and worrisome.

It was nice and clean and everybody was friendly beautiful view beautiful just beautiful affordable and I think clean definitely going back

We always love staying in Little Harbor. The room was comfortable and clean. Location and amenities are why we keep coming back to the area.

The other times we’ve stayed in other rooms at the same location we have had paper towels and dish clothes in the kitchen. This was good when prepping food to take on the boat or to the beach, or making coffee. This one did not. Only had our bathroom towels. Not a big deal but we we would have packed some if we knew.

we loved our balcony in one apartment and made use of the kitchen in the other apt we were close to all amenities and as a couple of our party had problems walking it was ideal for our family we made good use of the pool and both restaurants we had a lovely New Year’s Eve at the beach bar

beautiful location right on the water and a gorgeous cove. close to Tampa and St Petersburg and the sunsets are breathtaking off the Tampa bay waters , just a few steps from the room.

several maintenance issues that should have been resolved before my stay. dirty caulking in sink falling out, hairdryer didn’t work, silverware didn’t look very clean, no sponge to wash dishes, tall garbage can with small garbage bag and no extra garbage bags … type of things.

Iam a repeat guest of the Inn. I have always enjoyed the place. quiet, clean, and a perfect location for what I like to do. I will stay there again. The room was clean and to my liking. The people that were staying around me were friendly.

I had to buy a couple of things for the unit. I left those things there, for the next guest. But other than that I love the place. I just wish it had had a bathtub. The flooring in the hallway was kind of wonky. Looks like it needs to be redone. Like maybe the hall had flooded, and the vinyl plank was trying to come up.

Great location and room was functional. Nothing too fancy but for the price was what we needed for our short trip. Grounds were beautiful and even had a close encounter with a dolphin in the channel which topped the charts for us. Was directly across from the bay and got to see a spectacular sunset. All in All was a successful stay.

The only thing I could say to make it a little better is to make sure that the "kitchen" area is a little more put together. It was a hodgepodge of items that were left behind. Didn't use any of them as using other people's things isn't my thing... but other than that nice, comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations!
