From stepping into the lobby then to the rook everything seemed so clean and in place.. smelled good! I am hoping it stays this way because I frequent the area often and I'd definitely want to stay again and again. The place has a modern touch to it.. it's not run down like most extended stays! I also loved that after a certain time not anyone can have access to come inside you have to have a key... really loved that

The only thing is nobody was at the front desk when I came and I could hear them in the back talking and laughing..and I kept saying heeellooo but no answer so I literally had to call and then someone came out. They just need to pay attention to the desk at night. And the girl who checked me in didn't really know where my room was she pointed me down the hall when in fact I had to go in the elevator directly behind me lol that was not nice to be lost...otherwise it was a good experience!

My entire first time experience was great. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. You don't have to go far food or the grocery store. Everything is in the surrounding area of the hotel. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel and great staff, this is the place.

The only thing I didn't know prior to looking for a hotel. That there wasn't a pool.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel as a whole looked well taken care of. No smoky smells or dingy looking hallways/common areas like other extended stays. Location was great. Will be visiting again!

Everything was great.

I check in and the room they assign to us it was dirty went to front desk, immediately she gave us another room, other than that I recommend this hotel,there is stores around!

breakfast is the only thing that they need to have variety!

The room above me had children who sounded like they were bowling for 12 hours straight and 4 complaints from myself plus multiple others nothing was ever done. They should have been asked to leave after the 3rd night of the stomping and furniture moving and running around and slamming doors. Phone calls don’t work. Face to face does.

Staff is friendly and efficient. The kitchenettes include stovetops and microwaves and would be great for cooking and dining in, although I didn’t do much of that. There was plenty of room in the desk area for getting work done.

I did not like that I asked for more towels (2) and washcloths (2) and I had to turn in the used ones first in order to get some more.

When I message the property telling them I was arriving later then normal, they notified me my reservation would be cancel if I arrive after 12a

The Breakfast bar is deceiving and a big disappointment...when saying Breakfast Bar I thought Food not actually 🤔 Nature Valley Bars 😪

My room was very welcoming, spacious, very clean and easy for me to get around in. The table that the tv was on not only could I work on it but double as a dinner table. All appliances I needed was right there in my room and I was excited Yes!!! to have coffee when I wanted it. Having an elevator was of course very helpful for me to bring up my me and my scooter and the wagon behind me to get all my stuff up with me.

I am disabled and I ride a scooter to get around because my legs are weak. Since I was in a handicap room with the bathroom and the bars and the seat in bathtub that was most helpful. So if you could just make your handicap rooms have a feature to keep the exterior door from closing so quickly? It is a heavy door to struggle to keep open until I get through with my scooter, or wheel chair. Most handicap people may not have the upper or lower body strength to keep the door open to get inside. I have an idea on how to make the door handicap friendly and it will keep the expense to a minimum. Maybe have a latch to keep the door open or slow the door from closing so fast. It's something that would be very accommodating to the disabled community and keep us independent and safe. Thank you
