The location was excellent, still on 30A but away from the congestion. The room was absolutely AMAZING! Extremely roomy, very cozy, and the bed was AMAZING!! (I forgot to look what the brand was) the best nites sleep I've had in a long long time! This boutique hotel was far better than staying at Marriott or Hilton. The property was spotless and very inviting and welcoming. Beautiful grounds, beautiful decor, beautiful room, parking was plentiful! The lady that checked me in was super nice, welcoming and informative. I will recommend this location to everyone hands down! The only thing I didn't like is that I had to come home and couldn't stay another nite or two or three!

I loved the location, was close to the good breakfast spots, and the beaches. They had a trail park down the street, and a BBQ place right across from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was great, comfortable, clean, accommodating, and accessible!

I didn't like the open and close times of the pool, I wish it stayed open later than 10pm. The audio from our TV was inconsistent, but it worked with our Xbox!

Our Suite was beautiful and had everything we needed. A little hard to find. We did a trip tic form AAA and it was totaly wrong and google was wrong but when we were on the right road sign help us find it. Loved it was close to the national Park we took advantage of that every day. So close and handy and not crowded.

The couch was uncomfortable but we did not go to sit on the couch.

The hotel was in a great location & close drive to the beach. It was clean, spacious & provided everything we needed. The rooms are larger than the average hotel. The beds were average comfort. Not the worst I’ve slept in. It was nice having a larger sized refrigerator than a dorm size. There were plenty of nice towels & wash clothes too. She just didn’t want you to get makeup on them. So she provided makeup wipes. The lady that managed the hotel was very nice & helpful. She was onsite after office closed if you needed anything. The hotel was quiet, had clean grounds & we felt safe.

The only negative was the air conditioner couldn’t be turned below 70 for very long or it would freeze up and ice would come out if it. This happened twice when turned to 67 & 68. So we would turn it back up to 73-74 until the ice stopped and then turned it back to 70 and left it there without any further problems. This is the reason I didn’t rate hotel a 10.

Exceptional! We were very impressed with Carol’s customer service prior to arrival, and she was amazing throughout our extended stay. The suite was immaculate and the location was great for exploration of the 30A area, and all of the surrounding cities. We had everything we needed to dine in when desired, the suite was decorated nicely, and the bed was very comfy. All in all, a perfect 4 week stay!

It was very clean, and quiet. Not within walking distance from the beach but still good location to other places as well.

The older lady at check in was not pleasant, did not smile at all; even my 15 year old nephew commented on that. However, the lady that got our room ready and walked us to make sure everything was ok was very friendly. She's the reason why I gave a smiley face.

We absolutely loved it here. Our space had a full kitchen, all the utensils you need, and much more (we reserved the King Suite). It was about 1/2 a mile from the nearest beach entrance. They had bike rentals, so of course, we utilized those. Everyone was great, and it was such a relaxing stay. Plenty of parking, too. Only downside was the property didn’t have breakfast included and it was tough finding a restaurant for breakfast, unless I didn’t look hard enough - LOL. We will be back!

Nothing - it was perfect!

This was a perfect getaway for us! My husband and I loved all that was provided in our suite (King-size bed, small living and eating area, laundry machines (!!) and full kitchen) Spectacular value! We wanted peace and quiet “at home” and this sweet little boutique hotel really fit the bill!! We rented electric bikes in Seaside and explored all that 30A has to offer in a full day. The other towns are beautiful but very crowded and loud and parking looked tricky but not with bikes! 30A Inn and Suites is the perfect place in terms of value and comfort but you’ll have to squeeze in and pay a lot more if walkability to the beach and restaurants is your priority.

It was so wonderful. I can’t think of anything to criticize.

Great central location. Super clean. Affordable-especially considering the area. Staff was friendly. Very accessible for my mom, who had knee replacement last year. The fridge was a usable size. They actually had a bottle opener in the room, that is a detail that a lot of places forget.
