The place was surprisingly clean and well kept for a beach property. Even most chain hotels have sand\dirt all over, clogged drains and signs of moisture damage. None of that was present here. The free dessert and lemonade in the fridge was a cool extra touch. Every room is given their own wagon and gear for the beach including a sand umbrella, nice chairs, toys, snorkel mask and more. The in room TVs are a good size and come with all the built in streaming services ready to use with your account.

The king mattress in my room was much more firm than I prefer and the pillows were overly soft and floppy. My preference is the opposite a soft mattress and good firm pillow. That is subjective so I cant knock it too much. The location is good but not best in the area. The beach is just across the street and St. Armands circle is about a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was on my own... I had a studio with cooking facilities. I immediately felt right at home. Everywhere I looked was spotless, and tastefully color coordinated. All appliances appeared brand new.

I was a little baffled about the refrigerator , which didn't appear to have a freezer. There was a shelf on top that seemed to keep things much colder with an icy looking back panel... but I couldn't make my own ice... no big deal I could have asked for ice at the office, but chose not to worry about it. :) I also felt badly that I did not see the detailed information email until I got home. The check out protocol ( strip bed, gather sheets, empty trash, etc. ) came as a surprise to me... I assumed that it was standard motel protocol. Luckily, I'm a very clean and tidy person by nature, and always leave things in order... I also left a $40 tip for the cleaning crew.

Loved the decor & location of the hotel. Loved the cleanliness & the hospitality. We got in a little late that night but I was greeted that very next morning & asked if I needed anything. Was given recommendations on Breakfast spots near by. Oh! and LOVED the cake & extra items in the fridge for us to enjoy! Lastly, the beach was just a cross the street. Not far at all! super convenient! Overall great experience- would definitely come back!

My biggest downside of this place. The walls are incredibly thin! You felt like your next door neighbors were in your room. I don't know if it was just the room we were in because they were booked out so we got stuck with the smallest room there I think but it worked out because it was only my daughter and I.

Everything, I’ve been going to multiple boutique motels and this one is by far the best and fair price for all the amenities it offers , the person who answered the phone call either the owner or in charge of guests treated us with upmost respect and kindness made sure if we were comfortable , I will be sure coming back to this motel , more feels like home

So clean and gives it a modern beachy taste I see why they call it casa limonada , the whole place literally represents that a lemonade type environment

I had read the reviews for Casa Limonada and there were glowing remarks. Well I can see why! I’m very picky about cleanliness but this place was perfection. Gur and his staff were lovely to work with. The beach is just across the street and everything you could want for a day at the beach is provided. Plus the huge walk in shower, mini kitchen and super comfortable bed complete the picture. They also leave a sweet treat and homemade lemonade in the fridge. Several older couples like us there so it was nice and quiet. Can’t wait to get back for a longer visit!!

Nothing to dislike at Casa Limonda.

We were there for a wedding on Lido Beach. The proximity to the beach day of the wedding was ideal. We also enjoyed the beach the day before the wedding and Casa Limonada provided a beach cart with chairs, an umbrella, and a beach mat with our room. The beach was located 0.1 miles from the motel. The room was spacious and clean.

Maybe not having a pine-scented diffuser in the room. Something more beachy would have been more idea. We unplugged the diffuser during our stay.

An AMAZING property on Lido Key. Sergio and his team are outstanding at providing a great hotel for a great price. The room is spacious and has ample storage space so you feel like you can put your things away and just relax. Not only that, Sergio and his team made fresh limonada and a creamy chocolate cake upon our arrival! Sergio was also super responsive to my texts if I had a question and was a very nice relaxed person. Our favorite hotel on our Florida trip!

Bikes were a little rusty, lights around the property stayed on a little too late and hot water took a while to heat up for the shower. Other than that, things were great!

This was my second year in a row staying here. The room is beautiful and with comfortable beds. The owner is on property everyday and willing to meet any needs. He has everything covered down to having a roll of paper towels and red solo cups. He’s very polite and accommodating. I have already booked my week here for next summer.

I have no complaints.

So many thoughtful additions you aren’t even aware of (or listed in the Google reviews- read the Google reviews!). A cooler is available under the sink along w a hot plate. 3 sets of towels plus beach towels, bicycles w locks to use…. Giant walk in closet/entrance to bathroom.

Our ONLY complaint was our bed frame was super creaky (get yo mind out the gutter!) like…. Couldn’t sleep because one of us would ultimately move a bit but it sounds like it was only ours cause we asked neighbors and NO mention of it in any reviews (apt 7). We put the mattress on the floor at night to get some shut eye.

A great place! It was quiet, clean and a really cute place. No noise problems, yay!!! beach is right across the street, 15 minute walk to town (St. Armand’s Circle); it’s a pretty walk through the neighborhood, lots of shops, boutiques & restaurants. we will definitely stay here again!!
