The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is beautiful. The shower had excellent pressure. It looks like the room was recently renovated. We really enjoyed the new espresso machine in the lobby, and I was glad to see a Keurig coffee maker in the room! The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding as well as a savings. They have real scrambled eggs and bacon, plus a waffle maker!

The air conditioning unit in our room made the temperature nicely cool, but it also raised the humidity making the carpet damp and strange to walk upon with bare feet.

The Breakfast was awesome, plenty of choices to eat. The pool was a little small but it was still a good relaxing time. I also really appreciated how helpful and nice the team staff there were. Overall it was a great experience for the Family.

I do wish the tvs were more updated with HDMI connections. Being able to bring a blu ray or playstation to play something movie or game would be awesome to be able to do. Especially for our 3 yo who loves watching youtube to go to sleep.

The breakfast was good they had a lot to offer the aside from having fresh bacon and fresh eggs breakfast was great

I didn’t like the fact that the place was not as clean as I would appreciate it to be there was a Fruitloop stuck to the carpet and we did not have Froot Loops garbage can in the room was filthy it was never clean they just put a new bag in it I don’t understand why most hotels aren’t as clean as they should be so if you guys could clean that please and make it sparkle That would be a great improvement and everything else was wonderful

Nice place and excellent customer service

Rm 116 Sofa bed mattress is worn out so i had to put a thick blanket to make it a bit more confortable. Also the room smelled stuffy may the rug needs to be deep clean because curtains are new n ac went was super clean. Staff was super nice enough to give me spray deodorizer. It help but didn't go away.

i liked the location, definitely is super quiet, didn’t smell any cannabis or weed so that’s a super plus, bathroom are very update at least at my room, this area in general is super quiet and cool, definitely recommend best western plus ( Sebastian).

The location was excellent for what we had planned. We only ate breakfast there once but it was very good, lots to choose from. Specialty coffee maker was over the top and available 24/7. Pool was nice and the water warm

The breakfast at the Best Western Plus is beyond outstanding! The variety of food, from hot to cold and everything in between is amazing. We have stayed here before and Shannon always goes above and beyond to keep all the guests happy and consistently restocks the food, keeps the area spotless and is courteous and so sweet! We can't wait to come back!

This hotel is well-managed. Everything went smoothly during our visit: spacious clean room, helpful, friendly staff, lovely pool, secure doors, well-lit parking lot, yummy, well-stocked breakfast, and delicious coffee in the lobby. We will return. :)

The breakfast was great, along with the coffee bar in the hallway. My sister and I enjoyed the pool, too. The room was clean and Valerie at the front desk was so sweet and accomodating. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our family and friends.

We, as seniors, have problems with the low toilet in the room, but we managed. This is not a deal breaker for staying here again.

Everything was impeccable! Every member of the staff was kind and friendly. They all lived on my doggo and even walked her around so I could get breakfast without bringing her in the breakfast room. I got the suite with the jacuzzi tub in the room and omg, I can’t recommend it highly enough. The whole experience was ideal. I will definitely be booking here again in the future!
