Each of the staff members acknowledged me as we walked by each other during the course of the day. By the end of my stay, I felt like I had known them for years. I got to know Mary, the kitchen Manager, quite well as I ate breakfast there every morning. I thoroughly enjoyed having a free breakfast every morning. Each day the menu was different and the food was delicious. I’ve became such good friends with the staff at the front desk. We would laugh and have fun together, Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Kim, the general manager went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. She was very professional and caring.

The waffle maker has a problem, but breakfast was good otherwise.

I expected less and got more. The breakfast is good and has lots of variety. I liked that on the weekends the breakfast is open till 10am instead of 9:30am. For us the location is convenient and central to many places we wanted to visit. Staff is friendly and helpful. They never made us feel like they were put out with any of our requests.

There was a lack of toiletries and extra toilet paper in our room. We were able to get more toilet paper from housekeeping and they were obliging but it would have been more convenient to have had the room already stalked with two rolls.

Everyone was so polite. I would like to especially highlight Mary "Sunshine". She put out a wonderful full breakfast. The breakfast room was super clean and the presentation of the food was beautiful. She is warm, sweet and such a helpful person. She was the highlight of my stay. I was going thru a stressful couple if days looking for a home in Florida and for a few short moments while having breakfast she brought "sunshine" and optimism back into me. She deserves a special recognition. I will return to this facility just because of Mary!

There was nothing I didn't like

Excellent room. Spacious with furniture and a large tv. The a/c worked great. Clean, well stocked bathroom. Polite staff.

The bed looked as though someone had already slept in it, but I want to give them a pass on this. I’m sure they are short staffed like most places.

i had beetles in my room and you could hear every time someone closed the heavy door. also I was notified that I’d be in a conjoined room blocked off by just a door .

location of facilities, breakfast area and breakfast were great. size and cleanliness of breakfast area, also atmosphere great. Shopping location within walking distance from facilities. Front lobby entrance beautiful.

Did not like that the rooms are not clean or bed and linen are not change once you leave the room and return back at night or late even after return form event's. Husband were very disappoint and upset with this.

The hotel was very nice, inside and out. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was nice. We were close to shopping, food and gas.

My only complaint isn't with the hotel, but the fact that we couldn't stay longer!

They actually have a real breakfast for you, not just a continental breakfast.

They put a $250 hold on your card that’s suppose to drop when you check out. It’s been 6 days since I’ve checked out, and the hold is still on the card.

breakfast was average, room was good, staff was very good, always helpful and pleasant. Overall no complaints, enjoyable stay.
