Every staff member we met was very helpful, friendly and professional. Cary, the first staff member, we met at the desk was extremely helpful. She gave us some great places to have dinner. We really enjoyed breakfast, especially since there were different items to choose from each day. The kitchen staff were great, very friendly, always with a smile and a happy greeting. The evening "social meetings" were a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will say again when in the Vero Beach area.

Our only complaint was that the lighting in the dressing, bathroom sink, area was not sufficient, especially when my wife attempted to do her hair and put on make-up. The lighting in the rest of the room was good.

We loved Roberto at the front desk. He was helpful before I even got to the hotel when I had to call and ask him a question about late check in. He was so helpful checking me in to my room despite the hotel being full he got us exactly the room we needed. My kids loved breakfast and the people there were all so nice. Quintin especially was kind with my 3 year old.

Everything overall was great but our room had the weirdest smell, like cooked ground beef. I don't know how to explain it but my kids were the first to identify it. It didn't affect us in any way and we will definitely be back the next we visit if we need a hotel.

The staff was accommodating. The hotel had a very pretty outdoor pool and seating area. There were fire pits and a social hour with free beer and wine. The breakfast was fantastic, and the menu changed daily. I was there for five days.

I was in a suite, and the cleaning staff didn't replace the coffee with a new packet daily unless asked or wash out the cup and glass I used. They missed emptying one of the trash bins, but seriously, that is me being picky. However... all in all... they kept the room clean, and the beds were made daily.

we love staying here. it’s close to everything and our family. it’s always clean and the breakfast is great! the rooms are spacious!!

very disappointed that the pool was empty for repairs and the back lounging area was also closed. we came for the holiday weekend hoping to utilize the pool and amenities but had no communication that they were all shutdown. i understand emergencies but for a long holiday weekend for everything to be non usable was very frustrating

Great 3 night stay at this modern suite hotel. Whole place was kept spotlessly clean and was obviously well managed. Staff very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was very good too. Nice pool and deck was a plus.

I was underwhelmed by my room which I felt lacked enough natural light and was awkwardly laid out - however this wouldn't prevent me from booking again next time I'm in the area as overall my stay was a great experience.

Excellent centrally located hotel close to food outlets and Walmart. Large, well lit and well equipped rooms with a mini kitchen. Quiet and well insulated rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful and friendly staff. Reasonably good breakfast. Nice gym and on-site self served laundry. Really good for a longer stay.

The pressure in the shower is a bit on the lower side.

We traveled with a small dog. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the stay. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was good too and the ladies in the breakfast area super nice and friendly too. Thank you.

Missed the pool...but then repairs were scheduled at the wrong time for our visit...thus is life.

I negleccted to advise that we were traveling with our pet. I called the hotel directly and spoke with Sherman. He could not find our reservation as Booking had it under our first names. Sherman did not give up until he found our reservation and confirmed our room. I was happy that I was able to meet him in person when we checked out. Dominick, who was at the desk at night, was also wonderful and helpful. The facility was very clean and I would definitely stay again if I am ever in Vero Beach. You would never know we were in a pet room.

As it was a relatively new facility, there was nothing not to like. Hope Staybridge keeps all their facilities up to date.
