I am a light breakfast eater, but the variety of breakfast food was great. There were a wide range of choices. the staff was a delight, helpful, and polite.

Honestly there wasn't anything I could complain about. In fact I ended up staying 2 more days then expected due to a family member in hospital and the staff was kind enough to let me stay in my same room. The day I checked out I called that early evening to the main Reservations for Holiday Inn Express. I was told no rooms available. So I called the Holiday Inn direct number in Spring Hill and explained re my family member critical situation and they found me a room there! It was a blessing!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Property was updated well, room was spotless. Breakfast was a welcome bonus!

Saw some self-made, text-only signs from the GM, including one in the elevator talking about the importance of completing the survey I would receive. OK, but I haven't even seen my room yet. Inside the room, there was one saying to be nice to the staff if you have to report an issue. I might have flipped the two, or duplicated the messages. Not sure if there were others. Anyway, maybe it works. Human touch. The place was excellent.

The staff was always very nice. Friendly faces every time we walked through the door from every single one of them. The breakfast was also very good! Plenty of variety. Our kids also loved the lemonade at the front that they provided. The location was close to everything we needed. Not far from the springs at all and very to get whatever we needed like Walmart and places to eat. Will stay there next time we go up for sure!

I do wish they had a hot tub that would be amazing. That would be the only downfall I can think of.

The bed was so comfortable! Staff at front desk was very helpful and nice.

The bath towels were outside the bathroom and in the drawers which I thought was odd. And we had to go downstairs to get our sheets for the sofa bed which I thought should have been in the room. It looks like they were renovating the TV area bc it showed a lot of wires everywhere and there was only 1 TV. We had a suite so there should have been a TV in front of the sofa not just the beds.

We love the hospitality of the staff. Everyone's accommodating and helfpul with a smile. Ryan and Beth helped with all our inquiries and made sure they are addressed. Charmaine and maggie always cooked the nicest breakfast. Suzanne and Michelle were absolute darlings. My kids specially my 5 year old son shin can't get enough of Michelle. Though she is busy working, she always makes time to greet and chat with our kids and they learned a lot of valuable things from her(being a former teacher according to her). We really are glad we chose this hotel for our 5-day stay. We are sure to come here again and will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Thanks Charmaine for helping start our day off right 😃 The front desk at check in was a lady who was in training a d she did FANTASTIC! I do not remember their name. Check out was a joy. Visited with the staff(do not know name but super nice man). Overall stay was WONDERFUL and when we go back to that area next month to visit another Spring we will stay at that location 😀 Thank You for a great experience 🦋

No complaints at ALL! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Everyone was absolutely amazing. Michelle was fantastic about always making sure we had what we needed. Jerry (I believe was his name,worked front desk from 27-30) was incredible we were always greeted with a smile and he also made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. I can't say thank you enough. It was a fantastic trip and stay.

I would like to point out one great employee in particular, Charmaine Marshall, breakfast services. She has such a great attitude, and runs a great shop(breakfast). Pays attention to detail and is very good with customers. She is a bonus for this Hotel.

they spoiled me in the past. They would serve Chocolate Chip Cookies in the pm, but no more.

I booked 9n line got to the hotel and was told I did not have a reservation I had a confirmation they said the there was not confirmation I have a handicap wife needless to say it was very upsetting after 2 hours I finally got a room I will not stay there again

I didn't like the fact that I was woken up constantly throughout the day and night because they were banging all over the building and doing fire alarm tests so it's not like I really got to relax and get away the loudness of the fire alarms every hour for 5 minutes was horrible
