Breakfast wasn't too bad at all! Pancakes, cereals, bagels, toast, juice, apples, yogurt, and microwave breakfast sandwiches which were really quite tasty.

A hot water dispenser for making tea - if it was there, I just didn't see it but I did look! The only real negative was the noise proofing of the rooms. Granted it was a dog show weekend (and the dogs were not the noise makers) but a whole crew of owners/exhibitors who came in around midnight and they were LOUD and had a very LONG parting right in the hall. Also, in the connecting room, their cell alarm went off the next morning (I was long up) and it just kept beeping. Inconsiderate, yes, but I could clearly hear it in my room.

Very good & modern styled hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Room is well-kept, and bed is comfortable soft mattress. The staff were so courteous and friendly and welcoming. The rooms are accessible and the hotel and the facilities are well maintained. Room was very clean and with good sheets and mattress. The beds were very large and ample space in the room and well lit. Linens on the bed were spotlessly clean. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The hotel serves continental breakfast. I was with my son and we were on a Florida Coast to Coast bike ride. She allowed us to keep the bikes in the room and allotted us a ground floor room for our convenience. The hotel was some what close to the cycling trail and was convenient. The swimming pool was nearby and very small. Breakfast included but continental I booked this hotel since they were part of the Wyndham and Ramada group and it met my expectations.

Breakfast can be improved

The hotel is beautiful, the town has this old country feel to it, so my daughter and I spent hours sitting near the window (which has a bench with pillows and blanket) watching the sun rise and set. The room is extremely quiet, great entertainment option, you can connect your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more to the tv or simply watch Peacock, Tubi, or FreeVee. The local channels work as well. The shower was hot and the pressure was just right. Each morning housekeeping comes in and cleans. Breakfast is cold, with the option of bagels, cereal, breakfast sandwich, and more. Coffee, tea, and popcorn are free all day. Wonderful location and great for the family. And checkout time is at 12pm.

Everything was superbly great and I have no complaints. Wished I could've stayed a bit longer. I didn't get a chance to play in the pool and wanted to.

Was very relaxing. Pool at night was was luke warm good for my bones and muscles. Popcorn was delicious loved it. Like had coffee and tea for anytime. Hot water available when i needed it. House keepers very nice and friendly. Also my pet was very happy be with us enjoyed her time too. Need to add a play area for pets.

Amish was most helpful with anything we needed, or we had questions about and always was courteous and smiling. Along with the rest of the staff.

The microwave died in our room & in the adjoining room the refrigerator was freezing everything because the whole thing had frost on it. The toilets kept getting clogged.

Queen Suite was spacious and comfy. Good breakfast options. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Beer and wine bar. Pool. Great location off the highway

Inconvenient room outlets and not one USB outlet. Room lighting way too bright for me. But neither of these would keep me away in the future.

We liked that it was a bit off the road and so seemed less noisy and more quiet at night.

The paint job on the bathroom wall behind the toilet looked like a few spots were missed. Also above the bathroom mirror there is an open hole in the wall.

Convenient, fair price and smoke free. Check in was easy, very friendly lady at the front desk. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Dog across hall barked early and often.

Vent fan made horrible noises, door frames were really rusty and pillow case had some stains. Had clock/alarm on side table but no electrical outlet.

Breakfast was fine, I liked the pancakes a lot! The room was much nicer than I expected given the price and location. We were staying here for a New Year's Lantern Festival in Dade City

Everything was great, the mini fridge could be a little colder

Place was clean and well maintained. Plenty of free parking. Some food you could buy for microwave and fridge in the room. Had a little fitness room with three aerobic exercise machines. Air Conditioning was excellent—well up to the task. Check in/out was a breeze.

Would have liked it if price was about $10/ night lower. I had an “accessible” room because I booked late so no bath tub. Roll in shower and shower curtain did not quite reach the floor. So after a ten minute shower, I had Lake Michigan forming on the bathroom floor. Oh well; nothing a few bath towels couldn’t absorb. 🙂
