Off the main road which was great for a quiet evening on the beautiful porch but just a short walk to everything. Upon entering you get an immediate sense of the perfect B&B. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. You are greated with fresh baked cookies with coffee, tea, wine, water and soft drinks freely available 24 hours per day. Our room was clean, cozy, well appointed with a super comfy bed and website pictures were a perfect representation of the property. Breakfast was delicious too. A perfect stay and this being our first experience with a B&B we were very happy with our choice.

Our stay was wonderful.We would highly recommend the Cedar House Inn.The beautiful, Victoria home with the wraparound Veranda was a great way to relax. The Hosts are very helpful to take care of any of your needs. Parking on propertywas a plus. Great get away , sparkling clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and attractions.We will be back !! Thank you !

Everything!! The food was fabulous, the room was cozy, impeccably clean, hot hot water and warm on the coldest of nights in St Augustine. Location...5 star. Walked everywhere!!! You

There wasn't one unpleasant moment in this Inn.

Beautiful house with nice rooms very close to the historic heart of St. Augustine. The breakfast was much better than at every other hotel we stayed: homemade, fresh and delicious. I myself would have preferred a decent buffet with *fresh* produce, but we never found that in the US unfortunately. This little hotel was a breeze compared to other experiences in the US.

The room was quite small and didn't have much space to put stuf. The bed wasn't very comfortable but IMHO this was the case in all hotels we visited in FL. Too soft and if I move, my partner moves too.. unwillingly. The prices was higher than other options, but it was a nice change. Not sure if I would spend this again. The owner is very nice and friendly and means very well but in our opinion it would have been nicer if he dropped his Broadway aspirations and just be himself. It was a bit 'too much' for us but maybe that's just us Europeans ;).

This is a beautiful and well kept home. Our Hostess was just lovely, so welcoming and attentive. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Coffee was ready by 7am. Breakfast was served at 8:30 to all guests, beautifully presented. Parking was a huge plus as it is rare for St. Augustine to have free, on property parking. We stayed In The St. Augustine room which adjoins the dining area. We were concerned we may be disturbed with early morning noise, that was not the case. It was a very quiet spot. It was easy to sneak out in my robe for the coffee at 7 am! This B&B has the best after hour refreshments in their guest refrigerator.

The St. Augustine room did not have a full length mirror for dressing. Breakfast was served very slowly one plate at a time to all guests. I felt sorry for the hostess, I wanted to get up and help her. That made me uncomfy seeing her work so hard. It would have been nice if she had some help.

The house is very beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Susan welcomed us, gave some history on the home itself, gave a list of restaurants in the area, and then gave us homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. After that we were given a tour and showed to our room. The room itself was clean and quiet. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to my friends

Gracious homage to yesteryear hospitality! The innkeepers are fabulous and Tiffany is a jewel! We loved everything! Beautiful furnishings and decor- especially the perfectly comfortable bed and gigantic spa. The private entrance is also really appealing if you’re hesitant to bother others after a late night- something we consider when booking a B & B. Don’t hesitate- you’ll love it and wish you could stay longer!

Breakfast was wonderful and delightfully served. Parking was exceptional and staff very friendly - even accomodating our needs on checkout day. Location to local points of interest was convenient and pleasant.

There are no outstanding views or natural settings surrounding the house - it's on a quiet one way street, but there's not much to see sitting on the porch. Like most "Victorian" establishments, the interior lighting is subdued.

Susan and the staff were all so lovely. We are florida locals who came up to st Augustine to celebrate my moms birthday. She really enjoyed the area and loved our b&b! Breakfast was so fanstastic and made to order based on some dietary restrictions. Everything was walking distance yet cedar itself is so peaceful and quiet. The best restaurants and attractions are literally down the street on foot! The room had a loft area which allowed privacy for both rooms and the shower was so nice and hot with amazing water pressure after long days of being outside it was amazing. Parking was convenient in the back! This is the best accommodation in st Augustine proper!

Everything. The room was wonderful we had a outdoor patio right outside our room . This was our second time staying here . The breakfast was amazing. Marcus was so gracious and very nice .. we will be back . Centrally located and close to everything in downtown historic st Augustine .
