Location was prime for us, located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was really good, coffee could have been better.

We used booking.com which was great but couldn't find our room #17. Called a few different phone numbers and nobody answered. We were really frustrated until a nice man told us where the room was located (room number was blocked from view and had a private sign on the door). He was able to find the host who was very nice and accommodating. Parking was an issue, as to be expected in St Augustine, (we shouldn't have brought the truck...lol) !

This Bed & Breakfast hotel is about as close as you’re going to get to 5-star service. Major hotel chains could learn a “thing or two” about hospitality and service from this property. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the property is well kept and maintained, the ambiance is lovely and the breakfasts are fabulous. And you could not find a better location within a very short walking distance to everything including many different restaurants.

The location of this property could not be better. It’s walking distance to tours, restaurants, shopping & the national park attraction. It’s also so great that an assigned parking space is included, given the scarcity of parking in this popular area. The delicious included breakfast served in the pleasant dining area allowed us to interact & share experiences with other guests. I cannot overemphasize how incredibly friendly , informative & accommodating the property host is.

Our room was a bit small for the price.

The Hemingway House is a true treasure in the vast sea of Inn’s in the area! The entire house has a welcoming southern feel to it, and the rooms are just too cute! the Bathroom comes with a very big shower and everything you need! my friend and I especially loved the balcony to sit, chat and drink aperol spritz! Also shout out to the staff! Two days after we had already moved to a different hotel (we moved because we wanted to stay at the beach for a few nights) we were able to have them hold our luggage for free at no additional cost while we did some last minute shopping before departing St Augustine! if this isn’t exceptional service I don’t know…

We actually stayed at the Inn at Charlotte, which is their sister property next door. The a/c in our room at the Hemingway House wasn't working. The manager, Ricky, gave us the option of any of the three rooms available next door at no additional cost. All were better than the room we reserved. The location, staff, and breakfast were great. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful rooms right in the heart of St Augustine. Perfect location. The rooms are a bit hard to find. The staff are incredible, and ready to help. The breakfasts were incredible! Lots of stairs! On site parking available but we were assigned a spot about a block away. Great Place!

This was my first time at a Bed and Breakfast. Hemingway House had an amazing location where you were in walking distance to the best parts of Historic St.Augustine. The owners were very nice. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. It was not a continental breakfast- it was so much better. A great way to start your day.

The parking was a little tight so they are not kidding when they say bring a small car.

We were upgraded to the Inn on Charlotte next door. The Hemingway House are doing upgrades at this time. They own both places. We had a fabulous time there. The room was really nice and clean. I would highly recommended this place. Ricky was very helpful and accommodating. 5 stars.

We loved the location! Staff was excellent and breakfast was delicious! There were a couple small minor issues during our stay but the staff went above and beyond and fixed the issues immediately. This will be our place every year we come to St. Augustine!

The place was lovely. They provided free parking and the location was perfect for sightseeing and strolling around the city.

No control within the individual rooms to control the air conditioning but they did have a system in place to text them and they remotely adjusted the temperature in the room.
