Charming old inn type furniture. small bedroom with small sitting room. Near to front desk with easy in and out. Loved the value of free cocktail and breakfast coupons. Excellent, large martinis. And the view! Beautiful porch to sit on with a view of the river, great people watching. Well worth it. Short walk out the back door to restaurants and shops on St. George street. Breakfast at the inn was very good, especially with the view.

While comfortable and clean the room is just not kept up. Cracking paint, scuffed furniture, etc. Just visual, not physical problems. Air conditioner is unfortunately placed so that if you are lying on the bed it is blowing cold air right on you. 2 big flat screen TVs with a thousand channels but it took two staff people to figure out how to put on the local ABC channel. This room (2) is just behind the kitchen. If you are a light sleeper in the morning you will hear staff preparing breakfast. Didn't really bother me. Parking a little bit of a walk away. Just plan to drop your luggage when you check in.

Breakfast, drinks (coupons) awesome, room tiny as expected but cute & awesome shower. Staff was exceptional. GREAT location.

So sorry & I hope I am reporting this privately to the hotel, NOT a public review.....After I stayed, the next day and the day after I found I was covered with bed bug bites! I am so sorry and I want to say the room was clean, the bed & room comfortable and clean & the only reason I am writing to tell them this is so that they can address it before someone puts a bad post on social media- they do NOT deserve that! I was in room 5 and I LOVED everything else about this Inn....we didn't stay anywhere else,so I'm 99.9% sure this happened here

I stayed in Room 5. It was delightful and very cozy. Spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was updated and had a great shower. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful with an awesome view. I would stay here again & would even request Room 5.

Parking to check-in was not good;esp. when not being familiar with the area. There was no place to park my car to check-in. I ended up following an employee (who was on foot) to the tiny parking lot for the Inn. I ended up wheeling my luggage the 2 blocks back to the Inn to check-in.

Can't beat the location,right on the front facing the sea. Excellent breakfast, if you don't want the included standard breakfast you get 15 bucks off anything on the menu, think the most expensive was about 18 so 3 dollars to you. Also you get 2 free cocktails in the bar per room per night!

Free parking is a very short walk away, you can park at the rear of the hotel to check in/out , it's very small, maybe 3 small cars but you have to park in a line so unless you're the last in you will be blocked until everyone is done. It's a minor niggle, the hotel can't do anything more given the location, it wouldn't put me off coming back. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room but there is coffee available at reception 24hrs.

First off, the absolute pleasure and first welcome by Miracle was full of enthusiasm and certainly welcoming. As first timers to the Casablanca, this was so comforting. The room has two entrances and a balcony with comfortable chairs looking at the water. The bathroom had jack and Jill sinks and a power washer shower system. This was a great bonus as we are kayakers and walkers. The bed was absolutely enormous and comfortable. The Nero Cafe and Tiny Martini were both absolutely fantastic. The Nero's breakfast menu is absolutely delicious ; especially the breakfast bowl. The Tiny Martini is now my favorite bar in St. Augustine, thanks to one person, Patrick. Friendly and down to earth . He is the heart of the Tiny Martini. Full of recommendations and stories ; he absolutely made you feel at home. Three bonuses that we appreciated and added to the praise we give this place are the parking. They have their own designated parking spots. This was great because parking can cost 20-25$ per day, so that saved us well over 120$. Secondly, we received a daily Martini voucher for the Tiny Martini, and every drink we had was better than the last. My two personal favorites were the lemon and the kiss on the lips. Thirdly, we also received vouchers for the Nero for the breakfast menu. It's absolutely delicious.. Those potatoes. The location and view were absolutely wonderful , and we are fully confident in recommending this place.

The one and only thing that I couldn't appreciate ( this my personal preference) is the large chair in the corner. I couldn't open the closet door all the way, and with the chair being big and bulky, I wasn't about to attempt to move it.

Location, free breakfast and martinis, comfy room (room 20). The balcony was a great place to people watch and hear live music from the bar next door. It can be a little noisy, but there is a sound machine provided. Walking distance of everything in Old Town. Staff was awesome and accommodating!

Not a big deal, but parking was a little confusing to find at first. The lady checking me in walked me outside to show me and gave me a number to call, but being unfamiliar with the area, I missed my turn. Operator error lol. Parking spots are numbered but not reserved based on your room #, so park in any spot.

As a returning guest, I will only stay here. The location is amazing but the atmosphere, employees and rooms are what make it fantastic! Everything is cozy and clean and with a Martini bar downstairs it's a great place for every getaway . Patrick or St. Patrick is the staple, the cherry on top, the host with the most and the most wonderful bartender. Always a great conversationalist and full of hospitality. Once again ; a very happy traveler.

Everything from the room, their shower that’s like a car wash like a human car wash lol the porch with the rock and chairs you could bring your pet complementary continental breakfast is amazing so many things to choose from. Also, you get a complementary martini from the Tini martini bar that’s connected to it. That’s very very popular and Saint Augustine Everything the girl Miracle at the front desk is the best. The manager at the front desk is the best service is great there’s really nothing I can complain about there’s nothing wrong with the place. Oh great great great location to everything everything.

I loved everything

Excellent location! Right in the heart of the historic district. Vouchers for breakfast and cocktails each day of our stay. And free parking about a block away! Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet even though the hotel is right on the busy street. We were there at Christmastime to enjoy the Nights of Lights and this property is one of the best decorated and lighted buildings there, right in the Main Street. Highly recommend!

Being a historic property, there are some modern conveniences that I missed, but are to be expected. Very few electric outlets for charging phone; no in-room coffee pot; microwave or refrigerator. Again, to be expected with such a historic building and didn’t deter from enjoying our stay.

This is such a beautiful historic place to stay. Our room was so special - it felt like sleeping in a room of a castle. Everything was so crispy clean and prepared with love. The beds were beds for queens/kings :-). The beddings/linings were high quality cotton and mattresses firm but soft topping. Our terrace was so spacious and it was wonderful to sit there and relax. Breakfast is included and delicious - our server Joe was great. We sat on the porch and admired the beautiful holiday atmosphere (Christmas). Parking space is included and just a short walk away from the Hotel. We are so happy to have stayed here in beautiful St. Augustine. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else…! Thanks to all the staff at the Casablanca Inn!
