The staff and servers were fantastic! The bar was nice and the drinks were great. The breakfast was also wonderful. The location was perfect also.

We stayed in 15 and 19. I may have the locations mixed up but I believe our friends were on the ground floor in 15, and we were upstairs in 19. 15 (downstairs) was excellent. It has been nicely upgraded. 19 (upstairs) is in need of upgrading, it was too dark, and the mattresses were way too soft (guessing they need to be replaced. We totally recommend the hotel, we would stay again as long as it was downstairs, at least until the upstairs is upgraded.

The staff was exceptional from check in to check out! My husband and I were in town for a friend’s 40th birthday. They allowed us in early to set up some silly decorations in her room. I was also so happy to have found a quaint stay that did not require a two night minimum! Upon check out, we realized our truck battery was dead and the sweetest receptionist, who has also checked us in the day before, walked the entire property to help track down someone who might’ve loaned us jumper cables. She went above and beyond to try and help! Just all around kind and helpful staff, we couldn’t be happier!

Our only downfall was renting a room with only one double bed for my husband and me. Completely our mistake! The room was clean and decorated so chicly! And we were a 3 minute walk from all the best of St. George St!

The room was quirky and unique!! I like that probably all of them were different from one another. Beautiful small hotel with great bar and amazing restaurant attached!!! complimentary breakfast each day of stay and complimentary martinis! that was a fabulous touch :) the location was smack dab in the middle of historic st Augustine and it was really sweet to be able to walk around and travel on foot everywhere. terrific value and I would recommend Casablanca inn to EVERYONE!!

the only thing that could be a little troubling for SOME would be since it was in the midst of all historic downtown, lots of foot traffic and cars driving by at all hours of night and day, and you can hear it. that’s has nothing to do with the hotel! it could be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper however

I have stayed in hotels and BNB's all over the country and non can compare to the customer service I received while staying at Casablanca on the Bay. From the minute I walked in the door I was treated as if I were part of their personal family whether it was the girls behind the desk, cleaning staff or kitchen and wait staff. My rooms were clean and cozy with amazing showers. As an older woman traveling alone I highly recommend staying here. I felt safe, cared for and protected. The pricing is reasonable and the particular complimentary breakfast menu choices I chose were delicious. That along with two complimentary martinis per day. I definitely will be back to stay again.

The off street parking although I really don't want to complain about that either. I am sure had I asked one of the staff would have escorted me to and from my vehicle.

The room was very cozy and historic for the location. The breakfast was delicious that is included with the room, and the two martinis included as well were a nice treat after a day of sightseeing! The staff was very friendly. We had a great 20th anniversary trip!

The room had a musty smell... but seeing the age of the building that was to be expected! Also, the bathroom area by the tub and the tile where the two meet, there was some little parts of the caulking that kept chipping when the water hit it. Also, the wall unit of the air conditioner was behind the wood shutters which made it tricky to get the air to get through properly... even with these few things we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The location couldn't be beat for experiencing historic St. Augustine - everything was pretty much in walking distance. The hotel is old/historic, but accommodations were fine. Definitely not a cookie-cutter hotel room! Breakfasts came with the room and were exceptionally good, with very fast and attentive service.

Access upon arriving was a little challenging, as we were unfamiliar with where to park for unloading. We arrived on a crowded day at a busy time. Once we walked back to the hotel and checked in, the staff took us to our room (in a nearby second building) and showed us the designated parking spots. Once we moved our car to that spot, we never touched it for the rest of our stay.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking and accessing the historic district, and the included parking lot for guests is a wonderful and necessary amenity. Breakfast was tasty and the daily afternoon martini was a delightful perk. We had a very comfortable stay.

It was a bit difficult to locate the parking lot so I would recommend a better map than the one we were given.

Breakfast was delicious! I had the French toast and we had a fantastic view of the river and bridge from the outside patio. The sun was a bit strong, but we had sunglasses and sunscreen to help with that.

My only complaint would be the one way streets and parking being so difficult (but that's more a St. Augustine problem than a Casablanca problem). Very pleased they have parking and allowed us a late check out so we could stay parked while we walked around a bit the next day.

Breakfast was excellent as was the location - right in the middle of everything. Staff personnel were all very helpful. In all the stay was enjoyable.

Dealing with Booking.com. Room was not the same (#4 instead of #12) as represented in the booking confirmation. Communication with Booking.com on this issue was unproductive. After connecting with customer service I was placed on hold two separate times for a total of 30 plus minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel but suggest you book directly for best results.

The room was fine. Clean and ready when we arrived.

Having to either walk up a crowded back alley or through the resturant to get to your room was a problem, especially at check in. That back alley area by the kitchen is to crowded with unused shelving and is actually a walking hazard for guests. Perhaps you should make a better path through the back resturant area for people checking in and not have the tables so tight.
