Great location!

Daily Parking rate of $25.00 per night for a three star is excessive. Guest has no other options and have to pay. Parking should be free but $10.00 is more reasonable for paying and staying guest. Location was great but I will probably seek other hotel vendors in the future...

the property was in a good location for the price we wanted to pay and get to downtown as quick as possible. I loved our suite with a king in 1 room and couch/living space in the other. we were comfortable, it was clean, the pool was beautiful, the gym was well appointed and the breakfast was fantastic every day. Also, you now can login to Netflix and see the shows you like on your account and upon checking out, you are automatically logged out.

the parking rate of $25.00/night was a surprise. I wouldn’t have minded paying for it if I knew it was there. be prepared for that.

The overall cleanliness and location were wonderful.

We had a 1 bedroom king suite, room 505, and everything was well cleaned, but there were multiple locations in the kitchen that were just gross. The handles on the fridge, cabinets, and microwave were just greasy finger print ridden spots. Smeared residue and just grossness on the locations. I have photos of the locations and spots. Making use of the kitchen is very easy, but not when someone leaves snail trails of their disgusting food ridden fingers all over the prominent handles in the space, it is not. It was quite gross and off-putting beings it was literally the first thing we saw walking into the room having to walk thru the kitchen.

Great location! It was right down the street from downtown so getting to and from was a breeze. Really friendly staff and the breakfast was nice.

We got there Friday and had to drop our things off and head out to a family gathering. When we got back we went straight to bed so it wasn’t until the next morning that we were able to look at the room. The room itself was really nice and clean, however when we explored the kitchen we found a bag of food/trash under the sink and the silverware were covered in something oily. The spoon had streaks of what looked like peanut butter. We informed the front desk about it l, but no one ever came up to take the trash or change out the used silverware. We had to flag down someone from housekeeping to take the trash. To their credit they refunded our parking at check out when we mentioned it to the receptionist.

Breakfast could have been better.

The location was great for walkability to attractions. The Wednesday night event was enjoyable. It gave us the opportunity to meet people.

The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I would suggest that they vary the menu a little from one day to the next. The omelets were lukewarm. I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $25 per night for parking. We have never stayed at a suite hotel outside of a big city that charged for parking. St. Augustine as a whole is very pricy. There was a charge for anything you wanted to do, except the St Augustine Distillery.

Cleaning facility at the hotel and rooms. there were ants in the room. also breakfast options are very bland and limited.

Room was nice , large comfortable with nice view. The staff was excellent..Very attentive , pleasant, and helpful. The employees at this location truly seemed team oriented, and took pride in being an employee there.

The only issue I saw was signage for the hotel. It was not an easy place to locate. Sitting behind another business under construction on the main street and no street signs, we had to circle the block a couple of times trying to locate.

Included breakfast buffet was pretty decent and the free Wednesday evening canapes was a nice touch (included wine, beer and a small buffet of food). Really appreciated the onsite guest laundrette as we were on a long holiday and needed somewhere to wash our clothes. The laundrette price was cheap (not something you often can say in a hotel) and only took 1hr for a single load wash and dry. The pool was a decent size with a good variety of seating options and shade. Room was a decent size and the kitchenette was well stocked.

Access to the hotel if you are on foot is a little difficult at present with building work happening at an adjacent property. Be prepared for a15min walk to the centre of St Augustine.
