Lovely new beds and linen, very comfy, rooms with good aircon, newly refurbished. Pool is a ok size for families it shuts at 10 which is good. Look and feel if old style motel, which we love. As end of season, not many staying so breakfast was coffee and juice. Location 20 mins to the beaches. 5min to Walmart, 5 min to Taco Bell and other eateries. Very handy. We used it for a overnight as travelling and sight seeing. Very Happy.

It was very clean. The staff got us in a head of check-in and in hurricane conditions. My son and I appreciated this very much.

Very austere and bare in the room. I also did not like being able to reach anyone in the entire chain to add a day to my stay. The phone service was down the day before our arrival for that 24 hours. Other properties in your chain had no information at all about if and when they would answer the phone. The hurricane was moving in and we needed to talk to the hotel.

It was the most reasonably priced place for me while I was stranded in Saint Pete for three nights and it was that far out from the city downtown which is really the fun place to be

The TV in the microwave couldn’t be run at the same time they crashed

The room appeared clean and pleasant to the eye. It contained everything needed for a nice night's sleep. Location was perfect for a rays baseball game.

I did not get the opportunity to eat the breakfast as to my disappointment it was served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and I did not get up until after 9:00 a.m.

Pleasant and accommodating staff, especially Myrna. This property has recently undergone renovations. After reading several reviews, I was regretting my decision to book here. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean. We were attending Daytona Bike week, 2022. The entire exterior will be painted as well soon.

The towels are well past their useful life....maybe as cleaning rags!! You guys need to buy new ones.

The ladies working at this property are very kind, helpful and hospitable. Kudos to them and Oscar (the dog). It is an older property but it’s been given some TLC. Rooms very clean. I would definitely stay here again. We were closer to all the action then we thought. Central is were all the action happens and it’s 5 mins away. Great Stay, I highly recommend it.

Parking lot is small, but manageable.

Actually, room was booked for my daughter. She was very happy with her stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Price was a little higher than I wanted to pay. She has stayed a total of six nights since approximately April 19, 2022 and I am trying to figure out how to get all points earned so I can earn her a free night.

Loved this property! Was just as advertised. Close to many restaurants and the Rays stadium. Only 1 hour from Clearwater Beach. Beds were comfortable, room was cleaned wonderfully, room was ready 1 hour before stated check in time, daily cleaning of the rooms was offered, staff was extremely friendly and walls of rooms thick enough that even with noisy neighbors we never heard anything! Awesome hotel!
