Labor Day weekend, we ran 46 miles on the Pinellas Trail so not only was the Kenwood Gables perfectly located near the Start of the race, it provided an ideal setting and all the comforts of home that we so desperately needed at the end of the race over 12 hours later! It's in a trendy district with lots of local art and delicious dining. Just like their home, the owners were absolutely charming! Made me and my friend feel right at home. Gorgeous house and decor. The art all over the property is done by local artists and it was truly incredible. By showcasing the art, it reveals just how much they love their community and the people in it.

I didn't like LEAVING! Wish I could have stayed longer especially to lounge by the pool and relax in the cabana.

I recently stayed at this beautiful B&B and I have nothing but great things to say about it! The property is impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The owners are clearly passionate about their property and it shows in every little detail - from the comfortable bedding to the charming decor, they have truly created a unique and special place that I feel lucky to have experienced. Not only is the property amazing, but the owners themselves are incredibly warm and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and their kindness and hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I can't wait to come back and experience it all over again!

Excellent accommodation, breakfast and facilities including a beautiful pool and garden. The owners were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly (as were their two lovely dogs!). The property is in a good location with easy access to restaurants and bars. There are various museums to visit, the pier and also St Pete’s beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend The Kenwood Gables.

Our room was quite compact but spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was excellent, with freshly baked sweet and savory pastries, made to order eggs or omelette selections, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and a selection of beverages. The location is perfect with easy walking access to shops in the Central area and short driving (or walking for the more energetic) distance to St. Pete and beaches…or take the trolley to St. Pete. Our room had direct access to the deck and pool area with comfortable wicker lounging furniture.

Good location. We stayed in one of the suites which was perfect and pool was fabulous! Reymond and Jayson are superb host and the breakfast was sooo yummy!! Great location and the house is beautiful from the decor to the outside. We soaked up the pool and enjoyed the morning chats with Jayson and Reymond and their precious dogs Kona and Fizzgot!!! We will definitely stay again.

Everything was splendid. I never asked about the bikes but that is a nice addition if included.

The entire Kenwood Gables, including our room, was so tastefully designed and comfortable. Jayson and Reymond were amazing accommodating hosts, offering both great conversation and great recommendations. Breakfast was both healthy and tasted great and conversation with other guests was a highlight of every morning. The location is great, just a few blocks from Central Ave (with a ton of bars, breweries, and speakeasys, which Reymond and Jayson gave us the the scoop on). From there, the trolley to Downtown St. Pete is free and takes just 10 minutes. And as an added bonus, Jayson and Reymond's two puppies are so delightful! Just the perfect place to stay. When I visit St. Pete again, this is the only place I'll stay.

The breakfast was perfect. Fresh and delicious. The pool and room was very nice and very clean. My favorite part was as the dogs. Jayson and Raymond were awesome host. Very friendly.

I honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. The price was right. The food was great. The host were gracious. I was satisfied. And with the way things are today. That is rare.

Delicious breakfast each day with custom omelette and freshly baked bread, cheeses, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. Friendly and welcoming hosts make you feel at home and work hard to accommodate your needs and enjoy sharing the story of their B&B. Full of suggestions of activities and places to eat in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Visit was too short.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Kenwood Gables experience! The room was comfortable, quiet, and cozy. The hosts put a lot of work into renovating the historic house and the results are stunning – this bed and breakfast blends modern comfort while showcasing the original architecture and features. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs made to order and fresh baked pastries. As a coffee lover, I was super impressed with their drip coffee and can highly recommend. We very much enjoyed our conversations with the hosts and fellow guests. The B&B is also close to just about everything in St. Pete, so you are able to easily explore the city. Definitely try the restaurants that the hosts recommend – you won’t be disappointed! We will most certainly stay again when we’re in the area.

Jayson and Raymond were excellent hosts (as well as their sweet little dog, Kona)! Super friendly and helpful! The spinach feta pastries were incredible! If I could have one every morning, I might become a daily breakfast eater. Everything was impeccable clean, stylish, and tidy. They've made great use of space. While we didn't utilize the pool itself, I did sit outside on the deck to enjoy the cool evening air. It was tranquil and relaxing. The B&B is in a great location - adjacent to everything you'd want to see and do, but just fast enough away to relax. Excellent experience. If we plan another getaway to St. Pete, this will be where we stay.

There were an overwhelming number of plug-in air fresheners, so many that I could almost taste the chemicals in the air. This could become problematic for guests with breathing problems, asthma, it those with sensitivities to smells.
