Nice comfortable and clean room. Free parking. Close to other facilities and only a few minutes drive outside of downtown.

Arrived quite late (9:15PM) and just managed to order food at the bar. Bar shut almost immediately after without bar staff advising the remaining customers that this was going to happen, the one drink we had ordered had been finished by the time the food arrived, but when we tried to get another drink to have with our meal we were told that the bas was already shut. If we'd been told initially that they were going to stop serving drinks as well as taking orders for food we would have ordered two drinks each at the same time we ordered the food.

was I a bad area of town. if I knew where located I would of never booked. and it said 3000 ft from beach.it was like 10 minutes from hotel. to many people hanging out side all day and night?? would not recommend or ever go back!!

Affordable, in between the beach and central Ave area. Prime location for pride. The staff, was very friendly, and facilities were clean.

No daily housekeeping. It felt like I was being a pain in the butt going down to the front desk every day and asking for new towels.Also the kitchen is closed on Sundays, so no breakfast or dinner options.

The room was quiet and well kept, made for very pleasant nap and sleep! Staff was also very friendly and jovial, and took great care of getting me set up!

Only gripe was lack of luggage carts at the front, but we did not have a lot of bags, so there were just barely enough for the four of us.

Friendly checkin, given a little baseball knowledge by the clerk who was happy to have a chat about baseball given we were there for a game. Room clean, bed the most comfortable I have had on our holiday so far! Great location

Property was new and very clean. Staff was excellent. Location was in an older section of St. Pete but location ideal for less noise and very easy access to highway to St. Pete beaches and activities.

We were in a room with an adjoining room. Person in adjoining room was very loud and used the speaker on his phone for hours. It was like being on his calls with him. Was difficult to hear TV unless volume was really turned up.

All of the staff were friendly. Hotel was really clean. Great swimming area.

Charging so much for breakfast was unrealistic and a HUGE turn-off. Yes, they give you a free "bagged breakfast" but frozen biscuit and yogurt????? No thanks!

Clean and comfortable. Updated facilities with all the amenities needed. Staff were extremely helpful in handling my ever changing circumstances. Will stay here anytime I need a place in St. Petersburg.

Breakfast was very good. Unexpected surprise to get a complimentary Breakfast like that for the room being so reasonable for 3 people .

The unexplained fire alarm at 11:30 at night.

I enjoyed this stay. Very reasonable and accommodating. The water pressure in the shower was on the low side is my only gripe. Overall, still a great weekend.
