The room was very clean which is very important. The bed and pillows were nice. Also, the room temperature was good. Definitely would stay again; I highly recommend it. Worth the stay.

There was some confusion with my credit card. Their system would change the expiration date and it would not go thru. This caused some confusion at the front desk. In the end, the manager was able to charge the account with the card present. Thanks so much!

Beautiful design European decor, clean clean clean hotel,my only problem was the noise, when some close ,or open their room.Beside that ,bartenders are very professional, both the men and women ,the woman bartender she so sweet and nice.But breakfast in the money is disgusting, no flavor on the eggs, $ 20 is not worth it.The hotel can do better than that.I was so disappointed to see a beautiful hotel like that ,they don't have a full menu , food are disgusting, chickens are horrible, I have to be honest with you guys.Hire a professional culinary chef ,who know how to cook.Who ever is on the kitchen in the morning should know how to cook, because breakfast are horrible horrible. Beside that I enjoy the room,neutral color and great European 🇪🇺 decor

I don't like the food, horrible horrible, they should hire a professional culinary chef ,for that big classic restaurant, if they have a chef,he or she should be fired, because they didn't cook food,they cook garbage in the kitchen for real.

Location, linens, bed, bathroom, shower, towels, toiletries.

The room was 68 degrees when we got there raised the temperature to 73 degrees and adjusted it again and finally right before we left it was 75 degrees. We stayed 2 nights the 3rd morning it was 75 degrees. I saw in the reviews that it was a problem for many people as well. We did have to bundle up. The convenience of location to the arena and availability factored into still getting the room even though knowing that the room could be cold.

The room was quiet and I was well rested for the most part until someone knocked and knocked my door very early in the morning trying to find their room. Otjer than that the beds were comfortable.

I was scared out of my shoes when we got off the elevator to go to our room and met two persons sitting right by the elevator , a shirtless scary looking man and a woman. The seemed quite suspicious and just stared us down. I think my muscular son deterred them from whatever they had plan. It was atleast 2am in the morning when we got to thd hotel. They looked like they wanted to rob someone. I did not feel safe Hotel needs security.

This is a very nice hotel, located adjacent to a large shopping center with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.

I thought the room was a little pricey - not exorbitant, but pricey. Twenty dollars for a continental breakfast seemed a bit much as well, especially since there are many good restaurants nearby, like First Watch, where a great full breakfast can be had for less. A free coffee bar would be nice.

The hotel is just a little over a year old and the was decorated very modern and rich. The rooms were spotless and the details set this hotel apart from other hotels. The showers had invisible drains. The hotel shows better than the price of the stay. Free parking and at the Sawgrass Mall.

To be picky there is only one entrance and the parking is not where the entrance is so you may have to walk a bit after parking your car if you drove. But it was not an issue however if it had rained it would have been a different story.

Location, the modern feel of the hotel, the lobby/bar area - and again, the proximity to Sawgrass Mills and the main expressways (595 and I-75). The convenience of the check-in and check-out was also a plus.

The parking area is shared with Sawgrass Malls which was somewhat inconvenient when trying to park. Also, not having a small microwave in the room was a tad annoying.

The location

No one cleaned our room. A room attendant said we were on the list for our room to be cleaned. We called and asked for 2 sets of towels. Never got them. We had to go and get them ourselves at 6pm, our Party was on the roof top at 7, had us late because we needed to shower! The trash was still in our rooms

Hotel was clean, spacious, well lit, comfortable and everything looked brand new. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was large, bright, and had a great contemporary feel. Location is fantastic for shopping and the arena for hockey games and concerts.

Maybe something like carpet in the long hallways to soften the noise of the room doors closing. I don't think all people realize voices do carry quite a distance.

The hotel is very nice and clean looking. The room was a nice size and modern looking with the lighting. Classy hotel, I will definitely stay here again.

I think the parking during the day can be a nightmare because it shares a parking lot with sawgrass mills mall. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for the selection of food.
