The room looked nice and the staff was wonderful, helpful and caring!

I booked for 2 beds BUT one bed the mattress was awful, I kept sliding down the one side as the mattress had a bid dip in it. THE OTHER PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM WAS LEAKING WATER, coming from a leaky toilet and water could be seen raising up through the seams of the wood floor and the bathroom had a musty smell to it. I told the night staff at the front desk about the water on the bathroom floor and was told someone would take care of it. I believe all that was done was to clean up the floor. The wet floor was continued. When checking out I informed the lady at the front desk and also had to come to the room and see it. She stated that she would inform the manager when he came into work today. I hope it is being taken care of so others won't have the same problem in Room 114.

The staff are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. They have a nice hot breakfast offering .For a budget hotel they do provide nicer quality bed and bath linens.The hotel is very close to Sawgrass Mills and great dining options. They are also a pet friendly facility. My family and I needed a later check out due to a change in my flight and they were able to accommodate us immediately.

Sometimes the carpeted areas smell off and that’s because of the pets. This can be fixed with frequent use of odor eliminator or deodorizers .

Front desk i believe her name is Jessica (short curly hair, slim ) she was EXCEPTIONAL!! Great attitude & so was the gentleman. Room was nice & clean. It's rare to go to a hotel & the bathroom is actually CLEAN!! I commend the hotel

Why are smokers allowed to sit so close to the pool area where kids have to swim? Every time someone came to smoke we had to quickly remove the kids

ALL "BREAKFAST", "ROOM". AND "LOCATION" WAS GREAT. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT WITH VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ROOM AND THE LOCATION WAS VERY SATISFYING. THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL WILLING TO ASSIST WHERE NEEDED.

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO DAILY CLEANING OF THE ROOMS AND THE REPLACEMENT OF CLEAN TOWELS ON A DAILY BASIS.

Throughout our stay, we experienced great service from the staff. Breakfast staff and front desk were very helpful and made our mornings enjoyable.

The only inconvenience we encounter was with the cleanliness of the room. The love-seat was stained and room needed dust cleaning... besides that the sheets were clean, smelled good and bathroom was clean.

I always stay at this location La Quinta when I visit my family in Davie. There were issues with the room this time but the front desk representative was quick to compensate for the issue. I followed up after and they assured me that they were working on resolving the problems in the room. I plan on staying here again in a few months, since there never has been any problems in the past.

Breakfast was nice...I would have liked a bit more variety but all in all it was acceptable. The old spanish lady at the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful. Loved the location and felt safe.

The stairs could have been better kept....a little paint and some maintenance would go a,long way.

The staff was nice and efficient getting us checked in and out. Rooms clean, location excellent.

Thin walls could hear neighbors TV and kid crying. I didn't mind since I was exhausted but for light sleepers may be harder on them. Could tell a bit of wear to bathroom and furniture but all clean so didn't mind.

Couch needed stain removal and dust cleaning . Besides that, the sheets were clean, smelled good and bathroom was clean...

I like how I asked for more privacy from other people and they it was done.

Other times I requested for more privacy never really got that. The only thing I really didn't like this time was the tub was was a bit dirty., but that was it really.
