Shuttle service is great though it did not work with my foreign mobile. The staff stepped in and arranged for me. My room was very comfortable. You may also want to improve the gym a little. Perhaps put in compact leg press machine as that is probably the most used for men and women when they want to stay in shape during their travels. Having the water station and welcome cookie is great!

Though well aware the cleaners have to do their job which I highly support, there is quite a bit of noise combined with cleaners and occupants as the doors are heavy and slam quite a bit.

The room was quite spacious. I have stayed here several times, due to location and being super close to Sawgrass Mills. Breakfast was varied, and good quality. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a toddler and being this close to the mall made it super easy for us to go back and forth for her naps.

Our room door was wonky and it took a number of attempts for the door to actually open. Although hotel is well taken care of, rooms are a bit dated. ( I have traveled to this hotel for 10 years, it is still looking the same) so it could use some upgrades and renovations. Parking space is limited, and if it is full you need to park across the street. For this other parking space, the hotel is not responsible for any damages or loss.

Location to attractions, airport, shopping and dining. Great areas for walking. Reception area is well maintained, the same can be said for the guests bathrooms and furniture. All staff were helpful and friendly.

The carpets in the guest rooms really need to be shampooed to remove stains and dark spots which look like mould in the corners. I believe an investment in new carpets would be the better solution. There is no immediate competition for accommodations in the area, hence the high prices.

The staff who were obviously under pressure with the influx of clients avoiding Hurricane Ian. Front desk put everyone at ease TyJaun & Rosa dealt with our requests very promptly and with a smile. Ramy the Front desk manager worked wonders when we asked to extend our stay. The rooms were exactly as Double Tree Hilton advertised, big with comfy beds.

Leaving, although we have a 2 night reservation later in the month and my wife and I are really looking forward to it after our recent experiences.

The location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants and shopping available within walking distance however the FreeBee app allowed free transportation within minutes for a 3 mile radius or so.

Despite the cleaners doing a fantastic job daily, the carpet etc in the rooms need some serious deep cleaning. The dust affected all of us.

Requested highest floor possible. Received 2nd floor. Looked out the window and my view was my roof. That said, the Desk Clerk and Manager gave me a $50 bar voucher to compensate. Specifically, I would like to mention Krio and Sugandi. They went way above expectations to resolve my issues and were so pleasant.

Beds are uncomfortable

I loved the staff at the reception, loved my room and the entire hotel. It is in an awesome area if you want to shop with family and the kids loved the animal sanctuary called flamingo gardens thats nearby as well.

We stayed for 5 nights and we didnt like that the cleaners didnt do a good job when they was scheduled to visit us.

Great value for money and very close to Sawgrass mall. It's an application you can ride for free to sawgrass (freebe, I think it's called) but when they called it would take a good 30-40 minutes to come so I went walking. The walk it's maximum 10 minutes , so very close to the mall if that's the reason of your stay. Very comfortable bed.

A little outdated the carpet was dirty in the room.

Everything was perfect, beds were comfy and the rooms are big, great location, very friendly staff and the parking is free of charge

The facilities are kind all as soon as you enter the room has a moldy smell but it goes as soon you start using it, one little thing the carpet around the A/C controls is always wet I don't know why, But it stayed wet the 3 days
