Everything esp customer service. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal (close to Live Arena), the facilities and amenities were great, and FreeBee transportation was superb. Great stay for a great weekend with Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind & Fire!

Maybe that the pool was inaccessible on the first day but the next, it was accessible so nothing really to dislike. Also, we loved that we were able to use the neighboring LA Quinta's pool.

The check-in and check-out employee was the same person, Duncan. He was very polite toward me. I explained to him a situation I was going through and he helped me to understand more about the hotel and the amenities. Great customer service goes a long way.

I know that hotels have limited space when it comes to how the room is going to be, however, I would like to see wider showers. I am a small person and still bump my elbows on the walls when I shower. Just a thought.

Close to the interstate. Decent breakfast and coffee. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Easy access to the room from the parking lot. Excellent selection of television programs.

Took longer then expected to check-in. They did the pet fee as a separate transaction. Price for the night was high. Bathtub took a long time to drain while in the shower.

The building is quite dated. Carpet quit worn, elevator had problems, washroom was quite dated. Parking lot was being seal-coated so parking was very difficult as I was towing a bassboat. This facility is farther from the highway than it’s Sister facility so it was quieter.

Breakfast, location, room had everything I wanted. Staff is very nice and helpful, and they work hard. Gladys went out of her way to help me, even though she was extremely busy. She is wonderful.

Elevator needs an upgrade, it is old and tired. Office needs an additional person, but i realize it was extra busy because of the hurricane.

Property was a great location. Huge bonus was upon checking in, we overheard that the Eagles were in town and playing just two miles away! From the desk clerk to the kitchen staff to the maids, this hotel had the friendliest staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at! plus, 24 hour availability of coffee was much appreciated!

There wasn’t anything. However, any shortcomings that might be there, where overshadowed by the fabulous staff.

This was my second stay, and I will probably stay there on my next trip! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The pool area is pretty and grounds are well-maintained. Gloria is extremely helpful, and was so compassionate when I told her this trip was for a funeral. She is an asset to your business.

Mostly everything was great. Although the carpet and floor in my room seemed clean, when my grandbaby walked on it for a few minutes, her feet got very dirty, and that was the only surface she was on without shoes. Breakfast bag was disappointing also.

Nice breakfast for free or at least included in the cost comfortable room nice TV, free bottled water at the front desk and towels for the pool

bathtub didn't have a stopper in it so I couldn't use it because the water wouldn't stay in the tub
