Please contact me.We had to leave HowardJohnsons mold and roach infested dump after oniy 2 days of our 4 They would not refund or give a printed receipt.We went to La Quinta and it was the best ever all the way around.I would recommend them always and I'll be back there next year.HJwould not refund our money at all even though we only tried to survive 2 nights out of the 4 we paid for.I have pictures for the health department of many unsafe and unsanitary conditions at Howard Johnsons dump. La Quinta was fantastic and I'll be back.I could use help getting my money back from Howard Johnson s across the street from La Quinta on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee FL.

The room was great and very clean. We were close to everything. Perfect location for where we needed to be. The staff was very helpful, all but the manager at least. He tried to upcharge us and didnt honor the price we were originally quoted.

Some of the guests seemed to live there but no one was bothersome. The manager not honoring what price we were originally told when we went to extend our stay. That was very unprofessional, as a manager of a hotel myself I had to walk away because I knew what he was doing was wrong and unacceptable. I get the process of making money for the business but honoring what a customer was told is very important for this type of business.

They rescued us after Howard Johnson let us down They were friendly, and professional. Room.was spotless Food for breakfast was plentiful. Great choices . Excellent value .. Lovely atmosphere. We got engaged here and hope to stay with our whole family in October.I know the calm atmosphere will be perfect for my.Autistic son. Thank-you so.much

just a minor thing… I asked the girl if I could pay cash for my room & she could hold $100 on my visa & she said that’s not how it works…I have to give her cash for both(room & deposit) or credit card for both

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was dark with the curtains, which made it easy to sleep. The courtyard and parking areas were well lit at night, which made me feel safe. They had really good chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. The location was also perfect, especially when I had to leave and get right back on the highway.

The room next to me had a dog that barked a lot on one of the nights. I didn't see the sign on the front desk that said cleaning services weren't automatically happening every day, but that you had to request it, so I did have the expectation that my room would've been cleaned at some point each day. When that didn't happen, I was disappointed, and my trash had piled up in the trashcan. When I checked out, I did see the sign, so I don't fault the hotel. It just would've been nice if that sign would have been more visible or the receptionist had told me when I checked in, so I had the proper expectation.

Room was clean and quite comfortable when we arrived, the coffee was great in the morning, would have liked some fresh fruit. The area was clean and organized

The Older Caucasian manager woman was very rude

I liked the comfortable bed and quietness of the room. The value can't be beat. Other comparable rooms cost 3 times as much and don't offer much more than La Quinta.

The overall condition of the property could be better There was a presence of mold, bugs, and trash outside the building. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, and two live bugs were found in the room, but we didn't suspect bed bugs. Overall, the experience was alright for what I paid for my stay.

the location was good because we went to the game. We did not have to travel for for food and entertainment. Not a bad spot to be in.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait an hour before we were able to get in our rooms.
