Room was great. Perfect for the extended stay amenities i was after. Gym was adequate and useful. Location was close to where i need to be an dining options as well. I'd stay here again.

Breakfast was average for hotels. Which means below average in general. I'd rather have few choices of good food, than many choices of less than great food. Price was little high I though for the area. Perhaps not the best value but still a very nice room and facility.

the morning of March 19th I experienced something at breakfast that blew my mind. People were looking at the food and out of nowhere the lady being the breakfast bar was as rude as it gets! “why y’all don’t say good morning to me, if it wasn’t for me getting up and making this breakfast y’all’s asses would be at Mac Donald’s” I had to walk away so I wouldn’t make a scene but just so we’re clear….. Mc Donald’s would of been a better breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was great! Overall, best hotel we have stayed at in a while. The housekeeper even went above and beyond to reset my kids bed with all of their plushies:)

The staff was the friendliest in town! And after 5 other stops before this one (we came on a whim with no reservation), it was a breath of fresh air! Very kind and welcoming after a long day of driving.

Our room smelled like sewage really bad. It was clean but the smell was awful overwhelming in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

It was very spacious. I loved that it had a big fridge and not a mini fridge and it had kind of like a little kitchen. Everybody fit comfortably

They should have 2 tv’s in the room. I had my kids with me so I let them use the tv plus the tv was all the way on the other side so I used my phone to watch tv. The bathroom wasn’t that clean there was still somebody else’s hair in the shower.

The room was very spacious and clean! It feels like a new hotel.

The breakfast food was not good at all. The waffles suck and eggs taste horrible. It just wasn't great.

Clean and front desk gave good customer service.

We were listening to.music on a Friday night it wasn't even 11pm and one of the staff members came to knock on our door to tell us to put the music down because people in the hotel had given complaint that the music was to loud. I would understand if we were in a house or apartment but in a hotel were so many people stay that's kind of ridiculous.

Stuff was friendly, breakfast was diverse and plenty, fitness room was more than adequate - I did exercise, and there were two men exercising at the same time (seriously: how often do people exercise in small hotels? apparently they do in this one!). I slept well which doesn't happen often, ESPECIALLY in hotels! Room was very specious and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

All staff I encountered were friendly and polite. the location is convenient to the hospital.

the air conditioner was great until a little after midnight when it started making odd noises that disturbed me. Please note I did not report to staff. I apologize and realize I should have done that when we left.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. I am gluten and dairy free so there were not many options besides boiled egg and fruit, but that was good.

Having to pay for parking since it was an open parking lot and anyone could park there, even if they were not guests.
