It was a great location. The staff was accommodating.

I had four rooms. The toilet backed up in one. The microwave blew a fuse, and the power went out in another. The third room, one of the guests, got stuck in the bathroom. After several attempts to fix the handle, maintenance had to kick the lock in to get her out. Not to mention, the vents didn't work in the bathroom. So, it was super hot! Also, I was charged parking for all four rooms. We didn't have a car. We Ubered or took the shuttle everywhere.

Location was excellent. Hotel is beautiful but a bit dated. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order breakfast a la Carte. However the menu was more expensive than going to a normal breakfast restaurant. The ambience and abundance of amenities were great.

A little paint would and updates to the bathrooms would go a long way. The napkins at the restaurant were dirty so we ended up leaving to eat breakfast at another broken egg cafe.

Room is big, beds are comfortable, foyer is beautiful! Location is close to everything.

When you have 5 guests staying I feel like there should automatically be at least 5 towels in the room. There really should be some sort of free breakfast considering the price. Plus almost all hotels offer some sort of free breakfast as a standard. LOVE the pool but there is so much echo you can't hear/understande anything anyone says. Gave me a major headache. Elevators were rough. One was not working at all. The other made noises that made you feel like you could crash at any moment. The bathroom is pretty small

Everything was great. Extremely fair priced considering the time of year. The whole vibe was cool with the atrium and places for me to work downstairs. Room was large and spacious and clean. Staff was always available for any needs.

If there’s anything to complain about, maybe the bathrooms could be bigger and more well lit. I’m 6’5 and the ceilings are max 7’ so once in the shower I felt like I was in a little box. Otherwise it was great!

The courtyard in the middle of the rooms is beautiful. Our plane did not land until 10:00 PM, so we were late getting to the hotel, but they were well prepared and the clerk was very friendly when we checked in. The hotel seemed to be nearly full, but we were able to find a parking spot.

There was no overhead light in the bedroom and no switch by the door to turn on any light in it. This was the only negative I saw, but I hope this design flaw will be corrected.

Great sized room for 5 of us, looked well decorated, comfortable beds. Lovely tropical scene inside the main area. Staff very friendly.

The room had poor sound proofing at the windows/patio doors to the outside, we were near the main road so could hear cars all through the night which affected my sleep. I would stay again but ask for a room towards the back of the property furthest away from the main room. The hotel itself was quiet.

I love that the rooms were a nice size and my king size bed was extremely comfortable! The elevators were clear so you can see the atrium each time you went up and down from the lobby. The pool area was large and at night the lights were beautiful at the pool and inside the atrium. I had bought a bottle of wine with me and didn't realize I picked up one with a cork top instead of the twist so that was quite entertaining when it took four of us to figure out how to use an electric wine bottle opener.. gave the front desk staff and myself a good laugh at that one.

The main elevator in the lobby has two but the one on the right was broken the entire time I was there, so it took forever for that side to get to my room on the 5th floor. I also originally booked my room through booking.com and was using a firm to pay for it. The day of my arrival I get an email saying my card was declined. Unlike other hotels when I booked my room they didn't charge the card so it expired after 3 hours. I rescheduled and then they couldn't see the second reservation so I ended up using my Discover card to pay instead. A bit inconvenient...but okay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was a perfect size and bed was super comfy. I loved that the pool was open late and was indoors.

Only things I would suggest is making sure the sofa bed sheets are clean, ours unfortunately had a stain and had an area that was wet, not sure why. Also, if the pool was heated a bit it would be perfect because it was extremely cold.

Loved the scenery the staff was friendly very quiet didn’t hear anything and the hotel was a full house. Would definitely come back and stay

That they don’t take cash and my card was only being charged $1 but then saying it was declined bank confirmed they seen no issue. I suggest to update payment methods

We picked this hotel for the Taylor Swift concert, and there was limited availability in Tampa that weekend. I was not expecting much since this is an airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The lobby and restaurant were great. Rooms were clean and big. The staff was great!

My only negative is that hotel (including guest rooms) were very humid. I think the HVAC system could use an update.
