Arrived for a one night stay and checked in efficiently by a friendly receptionist, she was so pleasant and helpful and was a refreshing change from recent experiences in the USA. The room was ready at 3pm, clean and had comfortable beds with plenty of space. The bathroom was spotless and the shower extremely powerful. Air con was great and controlled easily from the room but was a bit noisy.

Our room on the 5th floor over looked the swimming pool and we we subjected to the screams and shouts from kids playing in the pool. One child screamed solidly for 2 hours. I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

The breakfast was great and changed every morning which was nice. The staff was friendly in the dining area and the front desk and the manager was even nice when he had to ask us to leave the pool area after it was closed.

Wish the pool could have later hours for those that are coming back from the parks and arriving late, as long as the guests are quiet and respectful of the pool rules. There were various parties and people of all ages enjoying the pool on a hot summer night. No loud music of loud voices but the pool still closed at 10pm.

I love this hotel, it's my third time of staying here. The shuttle from the airport is super helpful; very generous check out time (12 pm); room with three beds, good breakfast; 24h business center, where I can print my boarding passes at night. I love the room with pool view and always request it. Flying from snowy place and seeing people swimming in the pool immediately put me on vacation mode. Can't wait to come back!

The only suggestion - add more trash bins in a room, at least one for the bathroom. It's not enough to have a single small trash bin for the three beds suits.

Breakfast was so delicious and I enjoyed seeing the staff replenish food and clean on the spot.

Children in the area should be monitored closely by parents. I'm an advocate for clean hands there was a hand sanitizer placed in lobby area prior to entering food area and only 3 people used it. I am very observant, especially in public places. COVID-19 is still affecting us.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and made check in very quick. The refrigerator was not getting cold. We was immediately moved to another room. Awesome Room was spacious and clean.

The room was very clean, roomy and comfy bed. The breakfast was ok, could have a few more fruits and I missed the waffles but overall alright. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Be mindful when organizing the breakfast. The bread was on one counter and the toaster was across the room. The same with the butter and cream cheese.

We got suite with a pool view and love it! Everything was great: Location - minutes from the airport, minutes from Whole food and all downtown attractions, but no city noise Breakfast was great, pool was not busy, we needed to print tickets and business center was just there for us to use. Big room, comfortable beds and sofa. We had both king and double suites, and staff arranged them to be close together. Definitely best choice for us to stay in Tampa!

I don't like that the sink was outside the bathroom. Also there was only one small trash bin in our suite and no extra trash bags. We stay for 3 days and were using our own plastic bags for trash. Sometime guests went into elevator without masks and they were talking = spreading germs. But these are minor problems, if we will visit Tampa again we would love to stay in this hotel!

Breakfast is not a pleasant experience. The staff that served the breakfast could not be more rude and not pleasant.

Excellent, excellent, excellent experience! Room was clean, comfortable, even had 2 tvs. Hotel was close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much, would definitely rent there again.
