Staff was so, so good. Informative and helpful. Front desk was swamped when we checked in and still managed to help get us checked in early, which was a big relief. Great location for dinner, sleep, and then an early flight.

The air conditioning unit wasn't effective and very noisy. Or the room wasn't sealed well. Not sure what was going on, but alternatively cold and normal and always humid.

I stayed three nights and was vey comfortable. The shuttle service from the airport is great and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good, and there was all day free coffee and tea available.

The blind in my room did not work, so I could not let in much natural light. Real cutlery and plates at breakfast would make it feel more up market.

as far as hotels go, you cant beat the people who work here, it was a great stay, everything super clean, shuttle guys were great , take you to mall ,airport etc, good eating places walking distance, special thanks to desk clerks who were so helpful with everything.

Good place for an overnight stay. Super convenient and good value, especially if coming from the airport arriving on a late flight. Free shuttle from the airport to hotel. All staff members were friendly and provided excellent service.

We ended up in the last available room, because of our late check in. The ac initially didn't work, but the staff members were able to fix it after figuring it out. It took less than 15 min. Again, staff members were great. The room was clean. It has all the amenities you need. The pillows were comfortable. The mattress was a little on the firm side, so better for guys. And, the bathroom lights flickered a little bit from time to time. Nothing else really to complain about. Everything else was fine.

Breakfast was fantastic; location right by airport no more than 5 minutes away and 15 minutes from downtown

Upon check in, was told there was an issue with my credit card company charging my card and that they under charged me by not charging more for taxes, when I was charged exactly what was advertised on the website (room fee/ taxes). After push back by myself, suddenly the card payment went through and I was “done a favor” by management for not having extra taxes charged on my card. The sliding door to the bathroom often came off the hinges and in the middle of the night almost impaled my aunt whom was sleeping on the pull out couch.

It was convenient to the airport (I was awaiting the arrival of others family members ) and it was well-kept— nice and clean—although the finish on the bathtub was peeling and the bathtub stopper was not very effective.

I wished that there were a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, but I was very pleased with the breakfast.

Great location and decent transport to the cruise port. This transport was independent of the hotel but very reasonable in price.

Didn't like the polystyrene plates and plastic knives and forks at breakfast. The hotel also added on a City Tax on top of the 13.5 percent already included in the price which was unexpected.

Breakfast was nice, staff very helpful, afternoon cookies delicious and thoughtful. Comfortable beds. Shuttle bus always available and timely.

Pool furniture was all broken and let this great hotel down badly.

Breakfast was good. I took it to our room because we were waiting on an important phone call. Nice to have a muffin and hot coffee. Also we chose this hotel because there was a shuttle to the airport. That was important to us and one of the top reasons we selected this hotel.

We stayed one night and were flying the next day, so this was a perfect location, just 4 minutes from the airport. Free area shuttle that runs round the clock. Nice pool and decent breakfast. Checkout at noon.
