shuttle was provided as free, but it took awhile for arrival at airport. Perhaps upon notifying hotel of our arrival, an estimated expected wait ime would have been appreciated as we waoted for over an hour but was told the shuttle was on their way

My family and I did a red eye flight into Tampa we were traveling with my youngest niece who is eight. We were all exhausted from the red eye flight. We knew check-in time wasn't until later in the afternoon at the Hampton Inn but we decided to get an uber to see if we could by chance check-in early or at the very least drop off our bags. To our surprise we were able to check-in early and we were even offered the morning breakfast that was almost going to close at ten that morning. We were so grateful for their kindness and compassion. We highly recommend this hotel. It was our first time in Tampa Florida, we came a day early for preparation for the cruise we all decided to take as a family. We purchased two rooms.

The connection to the airport and the shuttle service provided was great. Beds in the room were very comfortable, which was especially appreciated after a long flight. There was everything we needed in the bathroom, and the hotel also provides other necessities (e.g. toothbrushes) for free by the reception. The staff were very friendly and kind. Would stay here again.

We had to call the hotel upon our arrival for the shuttle service, even though we wrote when we will be arriving to the airport in our Booking correspondence e-mail (which was never answered in terms of our query, we got a generic e-mail response that we should call them). For guests outside of US, making calls is very expensive, whereas usually wifi is available at the airports, so please be responsive to the online queries for other guests.

I like how our room looked out onto the landing strip of the airport as well as the nice restaurant right next door, walking distance. Parking was simple and easy. Beds were comfy and our room was super spacious!

I didn’t dislike anything about the property. However, I do wish they’d have updated TVs that have the streaming services built in for customers to be able to login and watch on their own accounts.

It was perfect for what we were doing. staying over night and cruising out the next day. but we were getting there before dinner. The staff helped us with dining choices within walking distance.

My only hiccup was trying to communicate with the hotel to get their free airport shuttle. WAS ON HOLD for ever and I follow instructions well or at least what I was told earlier in the day to do once I got our package. Only hiccup and finally I just called a Lyft.

Front desk Staff was super nice. She offered us coupons to the World of Beer and the food was good!

I end up coming back to the hotel due to over crowding at relatives this time my bed was not comfortable. I was placed on the 700 floor and this bed was Hard and you could hear the springs when you sat down. That morning I asked the new front desk clerk if I could be moved bcuz the bed was so uncomfortable. I was disappointed with her because she gave me a lot of push back but eventually moved me because at that point I was willing to check out and find another hotel.

Very nice room, very near Tampa airport. Met our needs well for an early flight. "Coastal" restaurant at hotel a 2 minute walk away was quite good.

Parking is a bit weird. There are "no parking" signs on the big circle in front of the lobby instead of "Check in only". It is unclear where you should park. At the front desk, they said anywhere at ground level, or on the second floor of the parking garage, which looks like you pay, but apparently you don't. The garage is much too far to want to just park there and then take all your luggage inside, even if you knew you were allowed to park in the garage. We just parked illegally until we took everything in, and later found a spot on ground level I hoped was legal. We had no problem, but I saw an elderly woman with a cane, also wondering how she was going to get everything inside. No big deal, but easy room for improvement--a simple sign change.

Exceptionally quiet room in a clean, comfortable hotel.

The parking was very limited. The hotel itself only had approximately 30 spots. We had to park in a garage a block away at first and then a lot a little further after dinner (after driving entire garage and finding no spots).

property was clean and facilities were up kept nicely. staff was very friendly and all workers we encountered from the maintenance man to the reception desk were always smiling and happy.

6th floor always had a trash smell in hallway after you exited the elevator even when trash was taken away

the room was nice and clean. We had to leave early on 02/04/2023 to be at the airport by 6:00 am, so we missed breakfast. the young man at the desk was so nice and we talked for a while while we waited for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport. All the staff were so kind Elaine Bourgoin
