The reception was so kind to us at check-in. The hotel offers accommodation with a living room and room which was nice space-wise for our family of 3. Breakfast was amazing - buffet style with a wide range of fresh, cooked items like French toast, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. Coffee was great and had variety. The front desk also housed a number of snacks like sandwiches and desserts which was convenient for any time of day. The hotel location is great because it is near the airport but close to a beach and next to Olive Garden. I would absolutely stay again.

Room was quiet even with the airport nearby. Very friendly reception staff. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was reliable and arrived quickly. The shuttle bus drove us also to the shopping mall nearby. However, we walked back which is doable (but not romantic) in 15 minutes. Breakfast was good with fresh cut fruit and berries, eggs, etc. But neither waffles nor pancakes. Several restaurants in walking distance. Olive Garden was very good.

One or two banks in the garden under a tree would have been nice to relax. The pool area is only concrete and too hot to stay. You cannot walk in the area, there are only roads.

Travelled solo and so glad that I stayed at Hyatt Place. Mr Yahya at the front desk was very professional and pleasant. 1) Very peaceful stay 2) Very safe, which is important being a solo woman traveler. 3) Rooms were clean and they cleaned the rooms every day. 4) Comfortable bed set and hot water in shower. 5) No noise or disturbance. 6) Loved the living room and that they had a big tv with google chromecast. 7) Front desk staff is very helpful and always available on call. 8) Plus it’s closer to airport and downtown so that’s a plus, a lot of restaurants just steps away from the hotel. I’d recommend this place!

Air condition quite loud. A fly screen would help, in case one would like to sleep by open window. No balcony Breakfast directly in the lobby - a bit weird. Breakfast ends too early, at 9.30 am. No different cheese, no tomato and cucumber, no olives. Only jelly jam. No real fruit marmelade and honey. Soap in the room not from dispenser. This makes needless waste. No separate trash for PET, glass and cans Coffee pads with disposable plastic shell Rather expensive for European measures

Checked me in before check in time. Arrived with a rental car I needed to turn in at airport. They sent the shuttle driver to pick me and up and bring me back to the hotel. Next morning took the shuttle to the airport and arrived in plenty of time. Very accommodating as Hyatts always are.

I did ask for a wake up call as back up to my phone alarm and the call came 10 mins after I requested. Not sure how they messed that up since I think they are computerized, unless the lady I gave the info to just didn't listen well, but still would have had time to get ready if phone alarm had not gone off.

The room is very big and clean. The actual room appeared more dated than the pictures showed on Booking.com. Despite the breakfast area is small, the food options are nice. The hotel provide free Uber service to Tampa airport. But the link they provide could not work with International phone number.

The location, while near to Tampa airport, have very few restuarants within walking distance. You need to take Uber to the nearby Intenational Plaza for shopping and dining.

The staff here is amazing! Every person I spoke with was friendly and so accommodating! The room was big and pretty clean. We did have a leaky sink but other than that everything was great! Breakfast was great and had just about everything. I’d definitely stay here again.

I did find an allergy pill in a blister pack by the bed. Luckily my dog doesn’t eat things like that. It definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying here but maybe just being a little more cautious when vacuuming. 🙂

Checking in/out was easy, staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was nice and comfortable. They have a great workout room, business center, lounge area and the breakfast was good. The shuttle service was prompt. This hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and everything. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was very nice, engaged in conversation, got me to the airport on time and safely.

When I was about to get in bed, I noticed one of the beds had several spots of blood as if someone cut themselves. Upon checking out I notified the front desk, and they apologized for that experience. This would prevent me from staying here again.

The hotel was clean. I always check cleanliness of the room and I was happy. The room was large and as we used the hotel for 1 x night after our long flight and was perfect for that. The staff (Vickie) on the front desk was a pleasure to chat to, was friendly and helpful. The other staff were also friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was yummy, lots of choice from cereals, juices, yogurts, breads, eggs, sausages and waffles. Perfect for my fussy children. We used the airport shuttle which was easy to call once we collected luggage and arrived fast so we didn't need to wait long.

The sink to the bathroom was in the main room and not the bathroom, which we found a little odd. The A/C was fairly loud. But we aren't used to it.

Room was much bigger then expected and very clean.breakfast was your ordinary continental but very good.exercise room was very nice. Pool looked great but we were there in January and it was a bit to chilly for us to swim. The staff was great very friendly

There wasn't alot not to like. There was one xtrapillow in the room may have been nice to have an xtra Blanket also. But if we had asked for one I am sure we could of gotten one
