The rock n roll history; all the cool quotes on the walls! Everything was amazing to look at. The hotel room was very nice & plush!

Too much smoking allowed. slots were very slow to pay. Having to pay for drinks EVERYWHERE but HIGH roller rooms!

Definitely one of my top trips! Clean, quiet and friendly staff! Our room was a corner suite with spa and much larger than expected, stock photos don’t do it justice! Room service was excellent, just an elevator trip away from the Casino and Hard Rock Cafe (food was awesome by the way!) Can’t wait to stay again!

The location was perfect for our Busch Gardens trip and we had all we needed in the evenings at the hotel! The food was excellent at the cafe, and also the sweets place, I can’t remember the name was sooo good! The casino paid out well compared to others we’ve been through so that was a huge plus also! The pool was spacious and great, and super convenient to our room!

The only thing I can say I didnt like about the property was the food choices next to the pool! Wished they had better choices of food right there close…

I like the inclusiveness of the hotel itself with the Casino being part of it but you dont HAVE to go to it. My husband and I don't gamble much. We enjoyed the pool and the "history" paired with people watching to entertain ourselves and it did not disappoint. Also, the food, (minus the casino food court) was always PHENOMENAL. The room service, and both sit downs we did were amazing and well worth the $$

Really other than booking a nonsmoking room, but getting "smoking". Which didn't bug me, couldn't tell in the room. Until we got neighbors and it smelled like they were just chain smoking through the connected doors the moment they woke up. Maybe better access to larger quantities of beers/seltzers? I'm having to search for things to fix, so with that being said. Over all, good.

Check in claimed that we booked our stay under booking .com whichi did not I booked thru Hard Rock Casino. I was also through you info that we could get discount through our AARP. Your info on your website is misleading..We went to celebrate 30 year anniversay.

Rise was good, but needs more variety for breakfast, like cereals. Service was good.

I don't understand why our rooms couldn't be cleaned while we were out. We spent almost a week without maid service and fresh linens and towels. Yet the cost of the room is the same as if we had full service.

we liked the fact that they offered smoking options and non smoking options we loved the room service and Hard Rock Cafe the food quality was great! we loved the casino and how many games/options it offered, we also loved the shows that play there and the display of all celebrity memorabilia

the sugar factory’s food was awful however the ambiance was very nice the concierge could be more knowledgeable about the restaurants and amenities in the resort

The hotel had great options for food and gambling. the location isn’t too bad with about a 15 min drive to downtown Tampa.

The gold suite was a little underwhelming for the price. Not to mention - the check-in clerk said my room had a pool view but when I entered the room it was facing the opposite side overlooking a parking garage. Not a good first impression. I also had to call housekeeping several times to provide room service.

Our room was very clean and quiet, despite beIng next to the pool access door. Despite a lot of negative reviews posted regarding the casino payouts we spend a couple of hours each evening there and came away only $40 down. That was fair entertainment in my opinion. I agree they should serve alcohol free if you are playing but in reality isn’t that responsible gambling? If people didn’t like the payout rate they wouldn’t go but we were there mon and tues and it was always busy.

Complimentary alcoholic drinks in the casino should be an option.

I Liked The Staff They Were Very Professional & Friendly. I Liked The Facilities They Were Very Well Kept The Room Was Amazing Nice Size. The Pool Atmosphere Was Stellar & The Bistro & Bar Grill By The Pool Was Very Nice. I Will Definitely Be Staying There Again Next Time

Only Thing I Didn't Like Was That The Pool Closed At 6pm I'd Say That Was A Little Too Early. I Think The Pool Should Close The Same Time The Pool Bar & Grille Closes.
