Residence Inn Tampa Sabal Park/Brandon

Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. My step son had the pull out couch - he said “this is such a fancy hotel!” - and said it was very comfortable.

Nothing to do with the property, but maybe security? Upon arrival to our room, there’s was a group of kids right outside our door, to the point we asked them to move to get into our room, using the electoral outlet to charge their phones. I do not believe they were guests as they would have been using the outlets in their room.

Cynthia was on the desk when we stepped in from the hotel across the parking lot which was where we had reservations. That place was a dump, so as soon as we got into our room we decided to check on the Marriott Residence Inn’s room availability. Cynthia was soooo helpful in helping us leave the dump hotel and move into the Residence Inn. And each time she was on duty during our stay she was exceptionally friendly. In fact, friendly is the word to describe the entire staff, even the cleaning and breakfast staffs. It made our stay wonderful. If given the chance we will definitely stay there again!

Can’t think of anything bad.

The facility and the people are extremely professional and kind. They were attentive to the needs that I had and the needs of others. The were very careful in making the guests feel safe with implementing guidelines with food service and creating enough space for people to feel comfortable in the facility. I never ever felt that I was an imposition or a "task" for any of the members there. Parking here is exceptional. The lot is clean and tidy. The parking was not "cramped." I look forward to going back here one day to visit.

There is nothing that I did not like about the facility. I wish that I could have stayed much longer. The next time that I am in this area, I will stay longer. The studio room that I had was exceptional. There were three women in one room and we never felt cramped.

We loved the cleanliness, the lobby was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, breakfast was very good and the staff was amazing! We had an issue with our dishwasher but the manager took care of it himself and they were kind enough to give us late check out for free due to the hassle.

Room was a little smaller than expected. We wanted to enjoy the the fire pit but there were smokers there all the time.

It was a wonderful short stay! The rooms were clean, oversized with a full refrigerator, bed was comfortable, staff is amazing and the breakfast was good!!! Great location! Gambling was a quick uber drive over and back!

The breakfast was fresh and so many options each morning. The room was spacious and we were able to have our take out right in the room, we will be back.

The pool was only open until dusk.

Great customer service! Everyone was nice and there was no disruptions or unusual situations. Peaceful stay.

The Television in our room had an issue with turning down the volume. It was so loud when trying to watch TV.

We had 17 family members around here. Nobody had any problems or concerns. We were all treated great and the rooms were so clean. We used the pool area during the day and relaxed by the firepit at night.

I really have nothing bad to say.

Rude lady that was checking me into my room. She was short and stubby Indian lady rude for NO reason.
