The location is very convenient to the Soho district which is loaded with great restaurants! The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were professional, pleasant and attentive to any need/request we had.

Would have liked to have more options for the TV - no ability to connect with our Netflix/Prime accounts either directly or via casting. No movies available for purchase. The remote didn’t even have a pause feature so we could get our room service without missing content. Since we spent most of our time out of the room, this was not a big dissatisfier, but would like more video options.

Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating, had an issue with brunch dining and Ashton attended to it immediately I asked for non feathers bedding at the time of booking and so happy that my needs were met upon arrival.

Went for brunch on Sunday, was told that there was no seating in main dining room, although there were many open and unoccupied tables. I was upset as a hotel guest to be told that I could not be accommodated. Extremely disappointed. Customer service lacking by the hostess/manager

2nd time staying. A lovely atmosphere. Beautiful art and interesting sculpture. Always appreciate the glass of wine upon check-in.

The pool water was a bit filming. Our room was dusty. The good thing Management wanted to immediately remedied the situation with a a thorough clean, but we were already situated. Note: management credited us.

loved the rooftop bar, the room service, the helpful staff, the beds were soooooo comfy, it was so close to everything, and the mini bar was the best I’ve seen. can’t imagine going to Tampa without staying here again!

I liked that it had salon service, attached and nearby restaurants and the liquor store inside. I also appreciated the customer service from the desk staff snd salon staff. I had one incident with one male bartender who did not give me my bill but just asked for my card so handing customers the bill should be reinforced. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay and will be back!

We loved the artsy atmosphere and amenities, rooftop bar, rain shower heads, nearby shops & eateries within walking distance, and phenomenal customer service! Our check in was fast and friendly with everything ready upon arrival, including my special request to have something special waiting in the room for my wife. COVID guidelines were in place and followed, so it felt safe. Plus dinner at Bern's was AMAZING! I considered several other hotels, but definitely made the right choice.

Noise level could have been better. (walls are a little thin)

Pool area needed some cleaning up. There is a rooftop bar, which is cool except it was VERY loud from about 11pm-1:30am. It was very hard to get any rest.

Kelly and Chrissy at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was warm, kind and helpful. Being greeted with wine was a lovely perk. Restaurant was great.

It was a little loud. Hotel location is good in terms of walkability. However, it's right by a big road and over pass.

Staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Highlight for me was the incredible shower (actually the greatest shower of my life) and toiletries smell amazing ~ loved them! Wish I could stay longer.

Room service was my only disappointment. Nothing wrong with restaurant’s food preparation, just wasn’t a fan of the taste. Very expensive dinner was wasted.
