The location is a typical downtown. There’s a restaurant on premise. The Albany Civic Center is across the street and Albany State University a block away. Turtle Park is across the street for those with children. It is a very nice hotel in Albany and one of the better ones. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised after having stayed at some of the other hotels in the area. I wasn’t expecting the great level of service and will stay here again. The front doors also get locked at night and you have to use your key to enter, so that made me feel safe. All of the staff were friendly, even the old man that cleans the parking lot. I felt very welcomed to this hotel.

The hotel is nice, but is beginning to show signs of aging. There were a couple of worn spots in the carpet in our room. The staff was very friendly and professional, they did a good job in making us feel welcome. Check in/out was very easy and efficient. There is a diner / bar in the hotel and although we didn't use them it was very well patronized by the other guests.

The parking is not the best. The parking lot is located adjacent to the hotel which requires that you walk around to enter the front of the hotel, especially if you intend to use the elevator. It would also be challenging for anyone with a disability. The hotel hosts events, and when they do (like the Saturday of our stay) the parking lot is taken up by event goers and there are very limited to no parking spaces available for hotel guests. This can be a very significant issue.

Location, cleanness, service.

Wifi was a horrible experience. II couldn't use my laptop to work. The Internet would get stocked, and I had a timeline and business to conduct. I had to go to a location with wifi outside the hotel to finish work. 😒 The front desk lady said they have had wifi issues for a while. We didn't even get a complementary coffee, just to mention the least.

Most comfortable bed we've had at a hotel! Clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Breakfast is separate from stay. The restaurant style being available is nice for leisure travel but being in the area for business we needed to be able to grab something quick. Having a simple complimentary breakfast bar would have been great.

The breakfast was very good and the service is usually very good. The location is safe and not too far from places to eat and drink. Staff is always friendly.

Make sure they don't charge you for breakfast it if you have paid for it with the room on this site. It has happened to me twice. Parking is $9 which is a little steep for Albany.

Location next to Ray Charles Plaza, Flint River walk and restaurants. Great Staff, from reception all the way to the restaurant. Good spot to stay if you like to walk or jog as Flint River is right in front and sidewalks are not crowded

All was great

Perfect location, close to everything. Bed is very comfortable and has a very nice view.

Room service hours are terrible. Coffee and creamers are only available in the mornings. It is a little pricey.

The facilities are clean! Staff is courteous and attentive. On site restaurant, business center area with computer access and an on site outdoor pool. Beds were comfy and room was spacey enough to accommodate myself, husband and 10 year old.

The parking situation is odd. Guests park in the front of the facility, (on the street in about 10 spaces give or take) or to the side of the building. No parking is visible from your room unless you're in the front side of the Hilton and even then you're not guaranteed a parking spot because it's first come first serve. I'll also add there is a park across the street, a beautiful dedication to Ray Charles, but if folks are in those spaces, you're parking on the sides of the Hotel where you cannot see you're vehicle.

Love the convenience to the Civic Center. All staff that we encountered or super courteous in the room was very clean.

One elevator was not working. And ice machine on our floor was not working

Food was excellent. I enjoyed both the breakfast selections and the dinners that I ate at the hotel.

I wish the selections for dinner would be a little broader in scope.
