The location.

Breakfast was from 7 to 10. However the food was not. Once they ran out regardless of the time we got there . We were out of luck.

The breakfast was horrible. I understand COVID and all but things have gotten back to normal a little. So there was no excuse for that simple breakfast. Paying $183 for one night.

I didn’t like that I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came and checked me in. Yea could hear someone talking right around the corner.

It was centrally located, the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, housekeeping was respectful, helpful and quiet.

Having to take wet towels down to exchange. Having a bag for that would have been simpler. Parking after 5 was an adventure.

Everything was great. Drove 400 miles from NC and was a little late arriving but we called to let the front desk know. When we arrived we were able to check in quickly with no problems. Staff was friendly, very kind courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean as well as the rest of the facility. No breakfast buffet like before but bagged breakfast was enough to hold us over till we went out to eat. Pool was very refreshing as well. Was our second time staying there and will definately be staying again. .

No delish breakfast buffet like our first visit 2 years ago but all due to Covid. However it was accommodating enough for us. There is bagged to go juices milks yogurts sausage biscuits, microwave waffles, omelettes and muffins as well as coffee and tea. We were still satisfied with it The only other thing is the beds are a little to hard for my liking but still slept comfortably. All in all nothing bad to say at all. Again we will be back😊

The staff was great! I got there and because of a misunderstanding during my booking process, they only had 1 room under my name instead of 4. The ladies checking us in made sure to take care of it immediately and found us a better rate for the government pricing. Then they found the other rooms under the other names and deleted those bookings to make sure everything was charged correctly. They were super nice and helpful!

2 of the 4 rooms we had smelled somewhat musty. The other 2 were very clean and smelled nice. We found the beds comfortable and room size appropriate. The breakfast left a great deal to be desired. COVID issues have been resolved in restaurants all over the country that serve buffet style meals and there really is no reason not to continue to serve the breakfast that has always been served. The tiny, tough and rather tasteless microwave biscuits, powdered egg "cheese" omelette was just as bad out of the microwave.

The size of the room is great.

I had to call the front desk after standing there for 5 minutes, waiting on someone for check out. This is not the 1st stay nor the 1st time that has happened. I suggest a bell so that the staff knows when someone is waiting.

Coffee was great. Power went out because of transformer accident and beyond the control of the Motel.

Location to my destination from hotel as well as free breakfast.

Need two elevators, one on each end of the hotel, this to me is not only a no brainer it is a big staying point for some people that don't want to climb the stais or pull luggage down hallway to room on other end of bldg!

The rooms was large and beds were extremely large. The location was in the mist of everything.

The breakfast could have had more fruit besides banana.

The hotel experience was overall good.

I had to use my laptop for work, and the Wifi was really bad, so I paid for Wifi and it was even worse!! I had to leave the hotel to work.
