This property was better than Red Roof Inn and any other property we have stayed at during our holiday visit home.

the sauna was not clean the gym. Looks like it has not been clean the door knob to room 116 kept coming off because the screw was not tighten. It could only be pushed back in to a slot to keep the door handle attached also behind the furniture that the television sits on, had trash behind it, but that is neither here nor there just a memo for the property owners just in case you do check these ratings or reviews overall, it was a great day. I have no complaints.

Victoria is so pleasant and welcoming. property location is great for my needs. Room is clean and comfortable.

The ice machine was out and needs to be replaced! I had to go to the gas station across the street to get ice. Also there is no bottled water provided to members as indicated in the member information. They need to have two regular coffee pots to avoid running out when business folks are needing to get out on time for their appointments.

The room was excellent and the breakfast was exceptional. I can't say enough about how good it was! Bravo. I had an incident with one of the cleaning staff but no big deal.

One of the cleaning staff felt the need to broadcast the fact I was even there just to stir up drama. I didn't feel comfortable with that part

The price of the King suite was fair. The room was comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed receiving the continental breakfast. The hotel is near shopping centers and eateries.

The room could've had a better working phone and updated carpet or laminate floors. The continental breakfast could've had some fruit options.

the property was clean, comfortable, and quiet and in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance.

the pool was closed “due to Covid” yet they served breakfast so that didn’t make sense. they should not advertise that they have a pool, which is why we chose this particular hotel, when the pool is closed and has been closed for long enough that it is a nasty green swamp looking area.

Clean, neat, and professional

When I checked out, there was no one to print me a receipt. Have called several times. Only got reservations call tree. Still don’t have a receipt. Would like one emailed to me please. Thanks Tim Hott. Stayed in room 105.

Yes the breakfast was very good. There's was meat items as well as other breakfast favorites 😍

The beds need an upgrade 🙄 the pillows were small. The bed was very flat but durable. The covers sheets was a little off white 😩 😴 😫 but a great value for families.

They had a very friendly and helpful crew working there.The room was very nice with a microwave ,little desk ,room was a big room,and the fridge was a bigger mini fridge.They were in a good area .I stayed there because of Hurricane Ian.

Nothing really ,wish it was warmer so I could have swam in the nice pool.

Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and this hotel delivered. The room was a bit better than I expected for the price so it was a good value too. The included breakfast was very good, with hot foods fresh and tasty. I was very pleased with the staff at the desk and in the breakfast area.

Really no complaints. It's not a brand new hotel so some wear shows in the bathroom, but nothing to write home about.
